I purchased a FD12 Pro Pump and the FFL I shipped it to never gave me the owners manual. So I reached out to Black Aces Tactical. Their response was quick. I had a chance to talk to Mike Hambright the general manager. What a great guy he took care of me instantly. I explained to him that my daughter and I had just taken the FD12 to the range and wow what a beautiful weapon. My daughter is going to pick 1 up for herself. We absolutely had a blast shooting this awesome weapon. I highly recommend you pick 1 up you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Mike and Josue. The suppressor is a great value $199 ,I have 4 other 30 cal cans and I prefer the direct screw on ,I run the PoBoy with 190grn subsonic ammo and it is wicked quiet .It is a little heavier, Who cares, I am not walking a trail with it, At least not This week, lol The 12ga Firearm is a blast and had very little break in , Never want to hear the term break around my firearms. Would buy from Black Aces again as so as possible. Later from Texas..

Ordered a rail for an 870, and the packaging got damaged in shipping - resulting in some of the mounting hardware to get lost. I sent the guys at Black Aces an email, and they shipped out the hardware I needed the next day. Perfect Customer Service, and the rail looks amazing

I purchased a Black Aces Semi Auto Pro X Combo with all the extra accessories about a year ago. I had some issues with the item recently when I changed the configuration to the longer mag tube and longer barrel. I started a service inquiry and explained the issues. The response was quick and they got me going fast. They sent me out a shipping label and everything and I sent it out to them so they could look into the issue, they serviced it and now it is on its way back. Great customer support and fast return time. It was about a total of a week and a half maybe if then. Great people and will work with you to get your concerns addressed.

Just want to say Black Aces customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my Pro Bullup and contacted them and they were able to fix the issue. Within less than 10 days I sent them my firearm and had it back in my hands problem solved. Also wanted to give a shout out to Micah with the warranty dept for the step by step detailed email communication.

The company literally owes this small dealer $17,000 USD from 2021. They are scammers, liars, and conniving. When we disputed with them, they literally typed up a false invoice for the CC company. We went with them primarily because they were a veteran-owned business. That turned out to be a stolen valor lie! You can't make this stuff up. Joe Hawk Owner Guns & Roses L.L.C. This has been exhausting trying to get back any of our losses. It is disgusting how they acted during the pandemic and post-pandemic to get funds “up-front” from trusting stocking dealers while they strung us along with excuse after excuse why the product was delayed. I have a copy of the entire correspondence AND text from the owner and myself printed and available for review. The problem is no one wants to touch GUN RELATED transactions due to the political environment today. This should still not matter. A transaction and contract should be fulfilled IMHO.

So happy with my Bullpup FD12. Couldn’t decide which finish to go with but finally decided on olive drab green and it looks awesome! I reached out to them with some questions I had and Mike was so helpful. I definitely recommend them, they are affordable and well made for the price.
