Their condition reports are minimal at best. Arbitration is non-existent. I have yet to win one arbitration on valid claims. They have a reason why it's not covered every time. And they wonder why their sales and inventory are down. I will stick with Manheim. At least there you are treated like a customer and TRY to resolve the issues.

BUYER BEWARE. No caution light's for airbag deployment, no arbitration for safety items even after you pay for an inspection. This place is steadily going downhill. All I can say is buyer beware.!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help. They offer solutions to challenges all dealers face. OLAA has created an atmosphere that attracts a lot of buyers and I get top dollar for my wholesale vehicles.

an awful experience with the manager Josh.

He was unprofessional, and displayed blatantly racist behavior.

his attitude was dismissive and condescending.
He provided no useful information or assistance, making the entire process incredibly frustrating.

His unprofessionalism and offensive behavior left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

This auto auction clearly does not value its customers or uphold basic standards of decency.

I strongly recommend avoiding this place and taking your business elsewhere.

Such behavior is inexcusable and should not be tolerated in any professional setting.

Love and hate relationships with this place, it's a great place to sell your cars. Got a bad motor no problem you can sell it green light it and won't be a issue, got a bad transmission no problem still can green light and it will still pass psi. If your truck needs timing chain done no problem just sell it green light and won't be a problem.
