I’m not one to leave a bad review unless I really feel as though it’s needed. The fact that I receive the wrong order was a mistake, I looked past that. The shipping labels were put on the wrong box. Mistakes happen. However, when I first called to address the issue, I was told they would start the process but they were closing on 15 mins so they would work on it the next day and call me first thing in the morning, never got a call! I called back that afternoon and was told they were working on it and would get a call back. Again, no call back but an email with a shipping label asking me to drop off the order I received.

I got my actual products the next day which was fine, however no phone call with explanation. NO ONE called to tell me until days later that the box I was shipping was to the other customer. Then the lady has constantly argued with me through email telling me how I was wrong.

As a business owner, if I had an employee argue with a customer, it would be unacceptable. Highly disappointed in the service. Sadly I’ll be looking else where for products for my business.

Customer service is beyond! Haven't haven't had this type of quality and care in awhile. Haven't received my products yet, but have no doubt that if I have any issues, they will take care of it. Special shout out to Victor, Sales Manager, who has walked me through this entire process. He was quick with his responses and came off as very genuine. He made sure he understood what I was asking for and clarified my entire order so as not to make any mistakes. We had a tricky order, with 20+ requests and different shipping addresses. He understood my complete order and without being a pushy sales person, also promoted what other things they can do for us in the future. I already forwarded my boss GPP's info and said I would recommend using them in the future if we ever need anything else. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!
