Quite literally the absolute rudest employees. They should not work in customer service AT ALL. Because they are a girl ran business I guess that makes it to where they have to be rude to everyone. Lost my business. Unless you want to be treated horrible I would take your business elsewhere.
They will also give you equipment with no gas.

Rented a boom lift for the weekend. Personnel were courteous the yard people were helpful. Equipment was in top notch condition. Overall a good experience.

Last week I called ahead about picking up scaffolding and what the process was for doing so. The lady answering the phone was one of the rudest people I have ever talked to. All i was informed of was you need a credit card without an account. Today, like last week, very rude. "You can't just walk in here with a credit card and rent scaffold, you need to fill out this paperwork first and i said I wished i would have know this last week and i would have had it filled out and she ended or conversation with the comment "You should have asked".Her name is Heidi and she shouldn't be allowed to talk to anyone on the phone like she talked to me or my son today. Completely rude Heidi, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Oh sir, that wasn't the problem....i had no problem with accepting the rules.....I was polite to her, filled out the paperwork, sent it back in, problem solved. The problem is her nastiness towards customers, her attitude is terrible, her PR skills are non existent. this are the issues....not that my son showed up with a company credit card with my wife's name on it. Please address the issue you have at your counter answering the phone.

Called ahead for an auger rental. Got there and all five or so were not in working order, no gas, wouldn't start. All I got was a well that socks. Nothing but a chuckle after I was told 8 hours prior that they were ready to go and waiting on me. I will never use them again, especially after a 45minute drive just to get there.

Yesco is a locally owned adequate competitive equipment rental business. We rented a stump grinder a few year ago for a day and was able to remove numerous stumps (25 plus) for the minimal cost . At the time of our rental they offered a military discount for active duty and retired military service personnel. We're hopeful to use them again soon.

I recently needed to rent a boom lift so I could cut down a tall tree in sections close to my house. I called 4 different places for prices. All the places were friendly over the phone. I'm glad though I happened to see Yesco rented lifts when I was looking on Google. Their price was quite a bit less than the others I called. I always look at reviews when dealing with companies through Google. The reviews I read were mixed but not all bad so I decided to give them a try. All I can say is everyone in the office was nice to me. The price was exactly what I was quoted over the phone and the lift worked great. So the next time I need to rent equipment I will certainly check with them and as long as I have the same great service and good pricing they will definitely get my business. I will be needing a stump grinder soon and I now know they rent those too.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I rented a mud buggy Tuesday around 1:00pm for a Wednesday morning job. When I picked it up, the guy stated the parking break was stuck and I would need to pull it back and forth to engage. I decided to cancel the Wednesday pour, due to inclement weather. When I called and asked about renting it for the week, I was told their weeks ran 5 days instead of 7. I could see this if they were not counting Sat or Sun, but they counted Sat and Sun in their “5 day week”. While using the equipment , the parking break locked up and I had to have someone come out to fix it. I literally only used it for $0.99 worth of gas. I returned it Fri at 1:00, thinking I would get 3, 24 hour days charged, but was told that it had to be back by 8:00am for a 3-day rental. They then charged me for 4 days.This company has no clear understanding of days, hours, weeks, or how the modern day calendar works.They want to charge premium rates for unreliable equipment. In my 20 plus years of running a construction business in Bay County, I have never left a review. Don’t waste your money with this company. They have terrible customer service. Try Panhandle Rental, United, or Cat Rental over this place.
