Good and fast service got loaded in 20 minutes
If ur coming from 389, make sure to take hwy 390 (Restrictions for trucks on aberdeen loop) and then turn right towads carla Ln then turn right for shipping and left for receiving

Got loaded on second shift. This is how they loaded me. Top one was not even locked in. Even if I put a strap it would still slide forward. Jermaine on third shift loaded me properly and put it down on the floor for me. Where it should've been put at first. Safety first! Do better Trane!

6 years with the company and the past 2 have been horrible with management change. Buddy buddy system, terrible quality units being made, operators not caring about how it gets sent down the line, and management not enforcing rules equally. This company cares about numbers and money. It used to be all about quality and safety but nothing gets fixed until someone gets hurt. Don’t ever expect this company to be honest with you as well, they will lie to your face and especially in the monthly all hands meetings. The team leaders are just as lazy as the operators as well. The group and production leaders only get out their chair when the screen is red or they take there 4+ smoke breaks.

Was expecting to be here all day but I had a good experience. Called and checked in at 7 15am my appointment was at 11 am. Got a dock and drop trailer was loaded within hr n half. I had a dry van the flat bed side seem more busier with more trucks.

What's the point of making an appointment when they randomly choose people waiting in line? My appointment was for 7pm, I arrived here one hour before, and it's now 946pm. Randomly picking people to go next. What is this? 2 stars because at least the forklift drivers have been friendly. Geez..,
