We were visiting Naples from out of town and found ourselves in a tough spot when we couldn’t find a working charger for our electric Mercedes EQS. Thankfully, we came across Mercedes-Benz of Naples, where Kenny Ogrodnik went above and beyond to help us out.

Even though we weren’t there to shop, Kenny welcomed my family and me with genuine kindness. He invited us inside to escape the heat and offered us cold water while our car charged. What really stood out was that he took it upon himself to move our car to the supercharger inside their shop to speed up the process. That level of initiative and thoughtfulness was truly appreciated.

While we waited, another team member at the dealership even gifted my 3-year-old a brand-new Matchbox car — such a simple gesture, but it made a big impact.

At no point did anyone try to sell us a car or push anything on us. We simply felt taken care of. I currently have a Mercedes lease that’s up in 18 months, and although we live out of town, I already know I’ll be driving back to Naples when the time comes — and this time, there’ll be something in it for Kenny.

Kudos to Kenny and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Naples. Exceptional service and sincere hospitality. See you soon.

I had a great experience and Callie Brannon was awesome...she's knowledgeable, pleasant and and extremely well-informed for someone who is there for such a short length of time.Patrick was also very patient and knowledgeable and he gave me a beautiful blue C300 loaner. I was disappointed when my car was serviced so quickly because I was hoping to drive the C300 on Sunday too.🙂
