UPDATE: a different manager got back to me, definitely apologized to me (obviously due to the review) he did tell me I had to email for my diagnosis and the analysis from the inspector, which I did and they sent something encrypted and I did ask if they could resend it to where I could actually view the file still nothing. He did mention that the inspector seen melted parts on the engine and that’s why they require the breakdown. I showed up to the dealership unannounced to see my vehicle. Funny there aren’t melted parts at all and how would they see melted parts if the engine wasn’t tore down!? What I did see what the dealership broke my radiator cap. How was the proper diagnostic test ran?
Needless to say this company hires SCAM ARTISTS!

Not even worth one star!! I am having issues with my vehicle. I’ve got the diagnostic test from the mechanic Fidelity told me I had to go to, they sent their inspector out to review the findings. Needless to say this is something covered in the warranty but they are trying to get out of it. I’ve called expressed my frustrations tried to figure things out. I talked to the MANAGER ROB who is extremely rude. I asked for copies of the inspection report and all information from the dealership. I was informed if I wanted this information I need to have a lawyer submit a written document. I called later that day requesting a manager I was told I could talk to Rob the one I spoke to in the morning. I told them I’d like to speak to someone else. I was told no I had to talk to Rob or again send a request through email to talk to someone higher.
Totally unprofessional would never recommend using this company!

When I purchased my car the salesman encouraged me to buy a warranty policy. I had mixed emotions about purchasing their platinum policy, but I can say that it was a great decision to buy it. This company is very efficient and they really take care of their claims and their customers. I had to get the evaporator core replaced in my car which involved 15 hours of labor and parts expense.Other than my small deductible, the job was covered. Recently, I dealt with Robert Hillman, Fidelity’s representative, who was beyond helpful and quick in getting my service covered for another AC issue. He went over and beyond the call of duty to follow up and reach out to the garage and to me. Words are beyond how good Robert is in his job and how good this company is in honoring their contracts.Buy the platinum warranty from this company. You will be happy you did. Thank you for everything!

I took my tri glide into my local Harley shop with a problem with my rear brakes. When the technician took it for a test ride he also noticed a strange noise coming from my clutch. He returned and said that my compensator was bad. The shop then called my extended warranty company and they approved the repairs in just a couple of minutes. Unbelievable!!! They covered everything but a cotter pin. Great company!!! I highly recommend them for your extended warranty. They are easier to deal with than the Harley warranty and coverage is so much better. Again thank you Fidelity Warranty Services.

I am a repair shop who repairs cars for customers who utilize this warranty company. FWS routinely has shop owners and its employees on hold for minimum of 30 minutes before answering the phone. They want to tell us how to repair the vehicle and cut our labor times. They also will source the absolute cheapest part to install on your vehicle and try to hold the shop accountable for it. They are slow to pay and I can honestly say that this company has declined. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company like RT66.

Don’t listen to everyone that is giving them bad reviews. This company was the easiest warranty company I have ever worked with. My truck transmission went out 3 days before Christmas. It was at the end of its life span. We towed it to a dealership we do the maintenance at. I called to make a claim and I spoke to mike and he was very helpful and understanding. He told me they will send an adjuster out once the dealership tears down the truck. The adjuster came out next day approved the work and we had everything covered. I had my truck back 1 day after Christmas.

Do your maintenance and this company will take care of you.

I purchased the 4 in 1 protection for a purchase price of $3,398. It was supposed to include coverage for windshield chips and repairs. I have a very small chip in my windshield that I was hoping to get fixed under this warranty plan that cost me over 3K.

To my surprise, NONE of the windshield repair shops seem to accept this warranty. I'm being told from multiple shops that I will have to pay out of pocket and then take it up with Fidelity to get my reimbursement.

Fidelity has confirmed that I am covered for windshield repair under the warranty plan I purchased. However, I cannot simply get reimbursement upon submitting my receipt. The windshield repair company has to call them prior for the service to get approved, and then once I pay out of pocket, I will have to call Fidelity to initiate a reimbursement.

I have a very minor chip in my windshield and I have NO DESIRE to pay $185.52 (one of the quotes I received for the repair) for such a small chip ON TOP of spending so much for a warranty plan that's supposed to cover this at no out of pocket cost to me.

This whole experience has been extremely frustrating. PersonalIy, I would NOT have paid so much for an extended warranty if I knew it was going to be this much hassle to get a simple repair completed.

I’m so defeated!
My experience has been that this warranty company continues to move the goal post. They ask for one thing…I provide then they come with something else. The mechanic at the dealership said that he doesn’t like working with this warranty company because they always find ways not to pay. My car has been down since December 24. I filed a claim in Jan 25. At first they asked for two yrs of maintenance provided that then come with 4yrs of maintenance. My car over heated as I was turning on my street to my home. I parked and called someone to look at it. He checked and saw that it had oil but not antifreeze ( my oil change in November) and he replaced the antifreeze. The next day my car did not move being that I work from home some days. Well the following day as I was headed to work my car overheated and started to smoke and I immediately pulled into the service station and called for help. When help arrived he checked the fluid’s and said I didn’t have oil or antifreeze. The car was towed back to my home and as the tow driver was letting my car down he stated that I need to have someone to look at my turbo because that’s my problem. I’m just a female so I had no clue what he was talking about but I do research. I had my car towed to my local Mazda dealership to look over my car. Well the turbo is on recall with Madza so he contacted Mazda and told them that he recommends a new engine because my heads are cracked and the turbo is directly related to the engine. Well Mazda denied the claim because it’s more than what they are willing to do. I thought my warranty would fix it since I am still under warranty but this has been a hassle and I’m so defeated. I asked the mechanic would there have been signs that this was going to happen he said more than likely not until it was happening and it was then to late. He also stated that my car has been very well taken care of. I have had my car since March of 2021 and I haven’t driven it 60,000 miles since I worked from home the first 2yrs after purchasing it then went into the office that’s 10mins away and now I work from home two days a week. This is so frustrating that everybody try’s to find their way out doing a service.

I had a terrible experience with Fidelity regarding my wheels and tire warranty. After sustaining tire damage from nails, I took my car to the dealership expecting a smooth claims process. Normally, I thought the repair shop just needed to email a video of the damage to Fidelity for approval. However, this time they provided a link for the shop to upload the video, which didn’t work on the first attempt.

Fidelity then insisted on sending an inspector to see the damage in person, which was supposed to take 24 hours. Fast forward to Tuesday, and the adjuster still hadn’t shown up. After waiting all day, I called Fidelity for updates and was told the adjuster would arrive by 5:00 PM. By 5:45 PM, after being on hold for 30 minutes, I found out the office would be closing soon, leaving me with no way to follow up.

It's now been four or five days without my car, and I have a flight in a couple of days. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Why couldn’t they simply accept a video attachment via email like before? The whole process feels unnecessarily complicated and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I wouldn't recommend Fidelity based on my experience.
