Check in was easy, although there were some older individuals who had trouble with the kiosk. You may want an alternative method of check in for those individuals who are technically challenged.

Always very fast with or without an appointment. I try and show early, masking is asked. Clean facility skilled techs . Quest portal is very handy

I upgraded my 1 star to 4 star.
The last 2 times the wait was minimal if almost non existent.
I know that it isn't the employees who make changes that result in longer wait and now as of 7/3/2024 that wait was minimal. The waiting room wasn't too crowded. You do have people who still come in with a number of people when only one is getting service at Quest. I was finished before my appointment time. Some people just sat down or barely walked in the door when they were called.

As most times I have been there, the employees are working hard, professional and kind.
