Extremely rude girl who answers their phone. I explained that I've called 3 times and have waited over 1 month for someone to call me. She very rudely said " That's because we have been hit by 3 hurricanes back-to-back and we're very busy". I said, so that means no one calls potential customers and her response was, "I guess so"! Apparently this business doesn't need my money!!!

I was in search for 1"x1" metal fence balusters/pickets and thought they would be an easy find at one of the two larger retail chains. Nope. Nothing even close. I went to a local fence company just around the corner from those stores and the only option was to purchase a section of metal fencing. Nope. That fence company did, however, recommend me trying J&M Aluminum. They were my last shot before the web search started. Not only did they have the size and color I needed, they also cut them to length on the spot for super cheap. Approximately $5 each (that was for approximately a 1"x1"x38".

Had I read some of the reviews prior to going there, I most likely would've started my web search instead. Unfortunately, we get wrapped up in reviews and others' "stories" Which 90% are most likely true. But don't mistake a companies demand, for bad customer service.

It took 6 months and many false excuses to get the sunroom windows. I will never do business with this company again. Also, the screens cannot be removed to clean the outside glass.

We live in a mobile home and came back to find that Hurricane Milton took our clamps style awning and didn't bring it back, we were directed to J & M Aluminum to get a replacement. My new Awning was built and delivered within a few days it's Amazing, thankyou so much for the Great product and such nice people. Thanks

👋Went to J&M aluminum to pick up a screen panel I needed to finish up a job I was doing ,customer service was outstanding, the price 💰was more than reasonable and the service was quick, thank you J&M for good customer service and always having the products I need👍👍😎

My husband bought materials for our Florida Room that I’ve been asking him for years. It was my dream for years. We went through contractors, interviewed them but my husband chose JM because we live literally few walks away from them. Jay one of the staff from JM started working last year December and didn’t finish my roof until summer of 2022. My husband has to go to JM and ask Chris, the owner and always remind Jay to come finish the roof which a lot of times he didn’t show up because of various personal reasons. It finally was finished after half a year and rain started coming in. We have water rain leaks in our Florida Room from JM’s roof and can’t even use it because of this problem. My husband has told JM multiple times. He was told to buy a spray to seal the gap in the roof. It still did not correct the problem. It’s been so frustrating that we spent so much money for this roof that we bought and built by JM, took half a year to finish the job and still has issues. I seriously considering reporting the company to Business Bureau for such the worst job. We had high hopes for JM in the beginning but now I don’t even want any of their staff to work for any of our future projects and buy their materials. It seriously traumatized me.

Used them before for several screens I needed at my home a few years ago , recently went there to get two screens made , provided them with the old screen , to copy , came to pickup new screens and when I checked them they made them too big , brought this to there attention , and he said , It's just a little bigger , I responded by saying the old screen was very tight , do you think a "Bigger " screen will fit? , so I left the screens there for them to fix , called them and they said they were fixed , went to pick up and found that screens now were to small and poorly made , They just list a customer , didn't seem to care about my screens

Stopped by the store and explained to the staff of the work I planned on doing. They said they'll be able to help and I provided them with my contract number. I was advised that their salesperson Marybeth would contact me the next day or two. After 4 days had passed, I called the location and asked to be connected since I never received a call. They confirmed my number and I was told to expect a call in the next day or two. I was never called so I decided to go to another place.
