The only thing I would recommend, is that you guys should change the hours of operation on your website; it is showing that the office is open on Fridays when in fact you guys are closed. - Get official documentation in order
- Don’t things last minute
-If u can’t get in touch via phone just send an email or text. They responded to me after I reached out.
-PUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION on your application

I am still waiting for someone to get back with me about my passport that i am trying to renew!!! No answer to phone calls, no respond to emails!!! I send my forms to renew my passport October 17/2023 they received my package 5 days later and haven't even call me, if you are not going to help, PLEASE SEND BACK MY STUFF THANK YOU. IT'S FUNNY THAT AFTER I PUT UP A REVIEW YOU COME CALLING MY PHONE AFTER BUSINESS HOURS!!! I have been calling before to see what's going on with my stuff never get a call back, I am not stupid, even if there was incomplete documents someone could have the decency to call......

The service was very fast and Ms. Raquel was very professional. All my documents were mailed out as opposed to face to face, and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call (less than 2 weeks later) to say the renewal was completed. Will definitely use again and will also recommend to others!!!

It’s Been 5 months!!!! My Jamaican passport was about to be expired so I went here. Since that day I submitted my passport and paid I have been yet to receive my passport or get in contact with anyone!!!! Calling this place is a joke! No one ever answers! Can someone please reach out to me? I have trilled calling, emailing, texting but to no avail!

I don’t normally don’t leave comments but I had to leave one for these folks. They were real helpful and precise thy were very professional and she said I would get the passport within 4 to 6 week. I got it on the fifth week after no issues, when I call, I just want to tell them. Thank you for the help.

I went in February more 16 weeks has past I haven’t heard anything my passport I called multiple times can’t leave any voicemails cause of this I sent a text messages and still no response
