I love my Publix even my kids would rather come from college fort Myers downtown all the way back to Lehigh to go to this Publix off homestead. Everything is fresh and everyone is nice and understandable. There's always a security (cop) there that always says hi even though he doesn't have to.( pretty cute too)..

Karly at the bakery was Amazing!! We went in for some gender reveal cupcakes & she was able to make them for us especially because it was last minute & pretty busy! THANK YOU SO MUCH KARLY & PUBLIX BAKERY ❤️

Ordered a tiramisu cake days in advance for a birthday, they gave us a plain vanilla sponge cake with the most god awful taste, we threw it away because no one liked it. We spent $50 to throw away a cake.

This is the first time Publix has ever made me this frustrated because I love them but I can’t justify ordering days in advance a custom cake and getting a completely different cake

It's a Publix, what more can I say! The stuff is amazing, so knowledgeable and very helpful and the store always looks immaculate. My single only complaint is that when you're waiting in the line for pub subs there is usually one person and the line is 10 people deep causing you to wait 45 minutes to order. That's not necessarily a bad thing, that just shows how good their subs are but I really wish they would have a little bit more stuff in the deli area.

I was happy to see several gluten free options for people who have celiac disease. In addition, their selection of produce, meats and health and personal care products is great’. Service at the check out was quick and pleasant.

It’s okay. It’s to congested. No one wants to wait 20 min for a deli order. Bakery has lots of lies an gnats inside the case. Meat section always has discolored meat. Not a big selection. Packages are broken or leaking. To congested down the isles. Prices are not low or cheap. I don’t wanna smell the fish department over by produce. Unfortunately that’s all you smell. When ever you ask someone a question they say they don’t speak English not helpful. The entire parking lot is dirty no one puts their carts back where they belong.

Very well stocked. Super busy due to valentine's day, but the lines were short as the staff worked well and quickly to get people checked out.

I've lived in Lehigh for 25 years and this Publix was one of the best stores in Lee County, but things have gone down. I was up front ready to check out and started to go into a certain check-out lane and noticed the cashier was eating!! Everyone was avoiding her and was waiting in line for other cashiers, as did I.
Not only is it repulsive that she had Dorito dust on her hands and she was willing to touch customers items with VERY dirty hands, I believe it is a violation with The Health Department.
I'm going to a different Publix now.
