No raises, just pizza partys. One of the worst companies i have worked for in citrus. You will not be valued as an employee, the high turnover rate speaks for itself. This is an endurance job, stand in one place for 10 hours with just a 30 minute lunch. You will be written up for every little thing you do wrong, which will result in your suspension within your first month(no joke they do it to everyone). There are companies willing to treat you so much better as an employee and especially as a customer. There are no perks, there are no raises. This company shows how little it cares for its employees by making them feel like they are constantly about to lose their jobs. Stay away from this place

Company is ran by a crazy owner. This man stopped his car in front of my driveway to try and attack me. They have many wonderful employees but the owner isn't someone you should support.

Do NOT do business with this company they are crooks I been lied to by Steve and Don for over 4 months and they still haven't paid me even after I accepted their offer to pay me pennies on the dollar from what they really owe me. If they tell you other wise tell them to call me they have my number.

Good luck trying to call to ask any questions, their automatic phone system doesn't work and no one answers the phone. I was called back ( after trying three times ) with someone who couldn't even answer what building I would enter to drop off a tv for recycling.
I thought that was the point of the facility? Do you just gift people jobs now... or
