I started working with Brian, a little over 3 years ago, when I first created my business-Black Beauty Bar. He has proven to be the greatest resource, not just for his graphical abilities but his business sense. He was so professional, resourceful, and patient. I wasn't too ready before, but when I revived my business this year, he was so on it. I can't imagine moving forward without his input and expertise. I would highly recommend his co and services to any business.

I have been working with Brian on a website over six months now and was told that this was going to be done within six weeks. He asks that you pay him full up front or pay partially. I agreed to make partial payments to go towards my website. I have tried contacting Brian on numbers occasions, showed up to his business address location, and still have not heard a word from him. Also, the address he has on file is not even an actual address that he uses for his business. His assistant informed me that he comes by every two weeks to only collect mail. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS. He is conning people only to get their money and not do the job that he agrees to.

If I could post zero stars I would. I guess he gives everyone the "6 week" promise and never fulfills his end but is quick to send invoices. I have been dealing with him for 11 months without product! Rarely reaches back out via email and if he does it is always an excuse. I see he continues to take on more clients who are also disappointed. I usually don't write reviews but enough is enough. so much for supporting black businesses.

It is very unfortunate that I made a decision to work with a black owned company and have been let down. I started my process in January of 2023 with this company, paid my package in full, and have yet to have my website completed. I have reached out to the owner on numerous occasions and have not gotten any responses. We are now in May of 2023 and my website still has not been made. Never did I think something like this would have happened. I would recommend using someone a bit more professional. Just my take on things.

B-Ez Graphix is a great company! The designers know what they're doing. They have great eyes for design and they always get it right the first time. I never need major revisions because they are so detailed-oriented and make it their business to listen to my needs.
