I have used Satin Finish a few times, at my home and business. Satin Finish has done a beautiful job on both occasions. The floors really make a big difference, not only do they look great but the durability is fantastic. I get compliments on a daily basis. Ask for the owner Pete, he is a great person and prices the job very reasonable. I priced the job with 3 companies and Satin Finish was the best price and had the best warranty. If you are looking for a great garage call Pete, you will be very happy.

Peter was amazing, his nephew Chris did first class work. They meticulously prepped my patio, grinding, patching, taping and covering my pool. They used all the premium materials, they were fast, efficient, and the results were breathtaking! My pictures don’t even do it justice. Several neighbors and co-workers already asked me for their info after seeing it in person! You won’t find a classier bunch in SOFLO guaranteed!!!! Showed up on time, and when I found one tiny spot that needed top coat in the big 800+ sq ft job, they came back and took care of it the next day!! Can’t wait til I save up enough to bring them back to do my driveway. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you again guys for transforming my son’s favorite place to play now 🙏🏼!!

I did a quick Google search to find them. Loved the before after pictures, instagram, and testimonials. I’ve been having problems with the patio for a while and recently discovered you could repair this way with epoxy. Patio is done! It all started pealing coming up bad so I hired this reputable company that does everything from major yachts, private mansions, businesses to remove everything to refurbish, polish the concrete, and apoxy. Opted in for the weatherproof coat and will last 10+ years, they can service as well. Non slip for outdoors. It would be cool to do the same inside the house! Never have to deal with grout and broken tile again. There’s multiple layers, currently, of flooring in my house I discovered when a tile broke.. Porcelain tile over a thick hollow layer, over terrazzo, over concrete. They do all different stiles, colors, or natural and fill in all the cracks, seal, etc. I love what they do and can customize colors to your taste. See before and after pics of patio.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! The worst experience ever!!! We signed a contract with Peter for installation of 2700 sqft metalic epoxy flooring after we saw a sample of work done in another condo. The sales pitch was perfect. The quality of work horrible!!!!. In the contract that is written with very small print, they have a clause; 10 % imperfections allowed!!!!. If you point out any imperfection they have easy answer,.. 10% imperfection as per contract. For 2700 sqft it is 270 sqft. This is a lot...
Peter was not ready to address the issues. Instead he was aggressive and tried to humiliate others who had negative opinion of his work. He was always sick and not available to see the work in person, however, he was eager to get another retainer of his contract. At the end the floor had uneven spots, bubbles and stains showing throughout the floor. They over sprayed the walls and we needed to hire painters to clean up their mess!!! With additional payment they tried to correct it, but the final product was worse. Peter was still not available to see the problem himself. He sent however his workers but it didn't correct the issue. I'd say, it made it even worst.

We ended up hiring another company to fix the floor. By they way, they didn't have 10% imperfection in their contract.
Three other companies confirmed issues with the floor: 1. The composites were not mixed properly, and they did not used enough of them.
2. His two young workers were not experienced enough to do the job. They did not polish the floor to get rid of the stains and bumps and bubbles.
3. The top coat was not applied. Instead, they told us to be careful because the floor was easily scratchable. ( we were not informed about it before we signed the contract).
Peter is not a person that you can trust!!!! The sales pitch is one thing but the quality of work and honesty is another. I have hundreds of pictures and videos to support my review.

Aventura, FL - The company owner, Peter, met me in person and provided a fair price to install an epoxy floor over my existing concrete that looks great. The light grey epoxy color floor goes great with my modern decor. The installers, led by Sebastian, were timely and professional and did a great job. The installation team went above and beyond and addressed any concerns and even returned to check on the results. Aaron did a great job painting the apartment after the epoxy floor dried. The painter even came back to finish the balcony, since I had furniture in the balcony when he originally came to paint my unit. I highly recommend this company as they do what they say. Sam
