Recently I purchased 8 new Titanium intake valves, they were exact replacement fit and quality was excellent. I lapped them in and proceeded to make about 25 passes, I then took down the engine for off season inspection. I found 4 of the new valves to have loose hardened tips. I contacted Manny at Ferrea Racing and although we all know there is no warranty on Racing parts.... Manny said send them back and we will fix you right up!
I was surprised at the eager response to look after my issue and agreed that I would get them packaged and sent back ASAP.
The repaired valves arrived back today, they look perfect!
As well, Manny repaired these valves for no cost and even prepaid the return freight back to Canada!
This is World Class support of the Product and Customer IMO making Ferrea #1 in my books! Thank you Manny!

I bought the valve spring kits for my Mitsubishi evo 4g63t from their authorized dealer, BOOST PROJECTS. The retainers I got are smaller than what they wrote on their own catalog book/website!!! It seems they are really good at deflecting any negativity and pushing the responsibility back on others. I've tried multiple times via different avenues to get some resolution but they have ignored me on all fronts. Any reply they send regards to this review is bs and they will not be happy to assist me with whoever they reply back as a contact as they will probably just ignore me there as well. Anyone reading this review, don't be fooled by how quick they will respond to this review!! I hope that they do decide to respond back here and help resolve the error they made by sending me parts that are of the wrong size which damaged my car. If they do contact me and resolve this, I will delete this review or update it or reconfirm they have assisted me with a new review. If this review remains, then it's a clear sign they stand true to their customer service of 1 STAR!

Manny @ferrea knows his specs and sizing when it comes to being precise ,He helped me with my spring kit and valve compatibility for my k24z3 on a TSX I also just ordered the valves 6000 series from a K20 RSX.Sending my head out to machine shop with ferrea valves to resurface areas for proper valve seating. I will upload pics soon when head is built.

Excellent customer service! I had a spring kit for a discontinued application I bought 2 years ago for a build I was finally getting ready to assemble and had some fitment issues. John was very helpful in inspecting my kit and shipping back a solution that would work for my project. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to getting the motor up and running.

Valve tip chipped off in less than a hour on a brand new head. Cost me over 1000$. These guys don't care or stand by their product. I emailed customer service and they said someone would get back to me. That was over a week ago

Valve fell apart, both engine builder and myself reached out without any return feedback… bending a valve, breaking a valve are one thing, but for a poor quality product to just fall apart and cost me $10000 is unacceptable. Thanks for nothing I guess.
