My wife and I went to LBTS for a quick weekend trip. From the time we arrived until the time we left it was all positive experiences. Valentina at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful hostess that we have ever encountered. Our flight arrived very early so she let us use the office to change into our bathing suits so we could hit the beach. We asked for bikes and she provided them immediately. We couldn't figure out the tv remote so she came to our room and showed us how it worked. She also provided beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach and restaurants are a five minute walk. We didn't need our car once we got there. We would definitely stay here again thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of Valentina as well as the location of the hotel.

This is an extremely clean and great place to stay. Valentina the manager is exceptional and very accommodating. Dina is super helpful as well!. I've had several friends and family book here and everyone has been super pleased! Perfect location as well.. walking distance from the beach!

Positive: Location, large bedroom, closet room. The pool towels and ice machine were a nice addition. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Negative: The placement of the AC (which they likely cannot change) did not allow for the bedroom to get cold, while the small hall, bathroom and luggage closet were freezing. The hot water in the bathroom-both shower and sink-were lukewarm at best always.

This place has the perfect scam. We were charged an additional $100 on our credit card after we had left. When we called they said it was because we took their beach towels which we didn’t. We left them in the room because they were closed when we checked out at 11:00. There response was we should dispute the charge thru our credit card company - this way they will get their $100 either way. They would not credit us. So please be careful when you stay there. By the way the rooms are terrible anyways. The air conditioners are very loud and don’t cool the rooms.

Stayed here for the second time and it was great. Perfect location, convenient efficiency rooms, and wonderful management. Valentina was very friendly and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Thank you!

We love coming here. It’s a very Quick walk to the beach, quick walk to all the bars/ restaurants and shops. Walgreens and liquor store is right there, so convenient! Valentina at the desk is the sweetest, always so accommodating and helpful, we appreciate you! We will be back soon!

Beware! No one is ever in the lobby to ask any questions regarding your stay. Air conditioner is loud and does not cool off your room. They put an additional $100 charge on my credit card saying I took their beach towels. I called and said I do not have your beach towels, they were left in the room. They told me to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. I believe this is a SCAM. After staying at this hotel I have noticed they have scammed others. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I spent a week at this hotel with my husband and it exceeded our expectations. For starters, the room was clean and spacious! We were impressed by the fact that it was so close to the beach, restaurants (burgers, tacos etc.), and Walgreens… all within walking distance!!! The front desk staff were welcoming and so helpful. We look forward to returning again for a sweet escape!
