Wonderful place to mail packages! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, they treat you like they have known you forever! The shop is very efficient and fast. I have been mailing through them since 2020 and every experience has been great. They were my preferred place to go when I mailed packages to my husband during his military deployment . I knew with confidence the care packages would get to him flawlessly . I highly recommend this company!

I usually go to a corporate chain and just deal with the poor service, figuring that's the best it gets. THIS is actually the best it gets. Excellent service from when I walked in the door in Venice, to when my packages arrived at my home FedEx Office location, when I received an email from Qwik Pack warning me to go grab my packages, a courtesy which the FedEx Office did not bother to give me. My only complaint is that they are located in North Venice and not Seattle!

This place is amazing, for many reasons. I recently had an issue with a DHL shipment, and instead of making me come back to the store to provide the needed documents, I emailed them and the team took care of it. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Needed a large but odd sized box. They were able to "cut down" a larger box to meet my specific needs. I have been to this store 3 times now and have always found them to be so courteous, accommodating, and just generally welcoming. Well worth going a bit out of my way (it's just across from the new Sar Mem Hosp here in Venice) for the great service.

I had a large, hand-made, custom cedar sign that needed shipped. Steve let me know he understood the value and when all was done, it was clear he did understand. It was packed very well and the price was very fair. We make custom signs for commercial properties and this is where I'll go for shipping from now on. Thanks!!
