Went to this DMV office today to transfer ownership of a utility trailer. Jolaine was the super lady that helped us and was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the whole process. On a scale from 1-10 she was a 12. Great job Jolaine!!!!!!

- the testing computers are ridiculous and are not properly maintained.
- most of the staff have a negative attitude, no empathy, poor listening skills, over talks, interrupts, and gets loud.
- some of the staff lack the necessary knowledge needed for the position they hold.

If you choose to use this location, please practice as much patience as possible, already know and be prepared for every possible scenario you might encounter, and bring cash to prevent being charged additional fees.

Usually hate going to the DMV but this time it wasn't so bad at all. The place was kinda full on a Monday late morning. I only waited 15 minutes to be serviced. That wasn't bad at all. Jolaine helped me she was very informative and helpful.

Best DMV around hands down! Every time I've come here it's been a surprisingly pleasant experience for what it is, and is definitely worth the drive from Ocala for me. I came in today (Friday) around 3pm as a walk in for vehicle registration renewal, got my ticket immediately, and my number was called within 5 minutes. The clerk who helped me, Allie at window 8, was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely patient with me, as I didn't have the necessary documentation, and went above and beyond to help me get my transaction completed, as well as take her time to answer the dozens of non-vital questions I had about custom plates. She was extremely accommodating and not once did she make me feel like a burden or rush me in any way. If every transaction was like this, I would leave the house more. Thank you for making this dreaded DMV visit a pleasant one and brightening my day!

We have been sitting here, FREEZING, for over 30 minutes. People who came in much after us have been called. Think whoever is handling the Ts must be at lunch. Horrible joke, do not waste your time, go to a different location. One in Eustis is fantastic, should have made the drive we would be home by now.

SO organized! And 14 serving stations. I am always provided quick, friendly service.
Suggest to avoid morning after 3-day weekend, because it does get busy. Lots of comfortable waiting seating of you do have to wait.

This public office is ran in an orderly fashion. It is prompt and runs smoothly. You are greeted upon arrival and the check-in process doesn't take long. Within a few minutes the number I was given was called and I was able to accomplish what I came for. In my case, a change of address on my Driver's license.
There are nice clean restrooms available for use. There is plenty of parking. I had a good visit.
