Quality Screens & Aluminum hooked us up with "Sunshine Awnings" to customize a Bird Cage Cover for our side patio. They made the process simple and worry-free. After signing a contract they managed The Villages ARC process and county permits. The install was perfect!

Wonderful experience....from the beginning of our interaction Quality Screen has been awesome. Chad came out first to assess the job. He was very personal and gladly answered all our questions. When the job was scheduled they sent out two young men, Parker and Bradley. They were also extremely nice and respectful, again addressing any of our concerns. They completed the job effortlessly and cleaned up before leaving. In today's times it is hard to find a good service related company so I was leary. QUALITY SCREEN lives up to there name. I Would highly recommend them for any screen job, a repair or new construction. Thanks again' Jim and Judy

Had them enclose a car port .. all ok except the screen door a little diffucult due to a slight slope.. never right … had them come back a second time and still not correct .. any one can do the easy ones….any issue this company has not the skilled labor to fix issues that are not cut and dry... the owner never called to see if i was satisfied. May b owner would have come out to look at the issue. And offer some suggestions… thats what i was looking for…

From the initial contact, we had hopes for a good experience and were not disappointed. From the tear down of the old screen room to the final inspection of the new screen room and attached lanai, the owner, project manager, installation crew and office staff were responsive to our (many!!) questions. We waited 2 months to put the additions thru their paces before writing a review. The quality of the product is very sturdy and an attractive looking enhancement to our home. The screens are as taut as the first day. The insulation on the screen roof alone keeps that room noticibibly cooler. Definitely recommend this company.

Amazing company!!!! I got a screen enclosure and gutters from them. Super professional, very timely, clean and excellent! I definitely recommend this company to everyone. From sales to service I seriously have zero complaints. Price was perfect as well. Love love love this company!!!

Highly recommend this company. The entire process was easy as Blake was understanding of our needs and the changes we made along the way. He was fast to respond to our questions and the price was extremely reasonable. The crew was friendly, professional and did a great job. They made sure we were happy and left the property clean. From start to finish this was an excellent project !

Sharing information on the price difference between this company and others. I don’t have any experience on dealing with their staff except for the gentleman who came out to give the quote and he was very friendly and professional but I did want to let others know that when we were quoted for our small patio by this company and another well known and reputable company, the price difference was $2,450! That is a considerable amount of money for the job. We also understand all of the fees that go into a small job like this so when you compare companies make sure to do your research. We ultimately ended up hiring the other reputable company based on price difference. The professionalism was the same at both companies.

I was really expecting to give five stars. When I first started out, the person I was dealing with seemed knowledgeable and friendly and knew what I wanted. When I emailed or texted, I got responses pretty quickly.
But that changed after I was done paying.
For only screens, a door and a frame, I paid over $3,000. I knew this going in. I thought about it for some time and made the decision to trust someone different than the company that I had been dealing with previously. That company made an offer much lower.
When I presented this to the new person I had been dealing with, I was told it was because they were doing something different. I accepted that answer. But I did find it odd that, when most places would perhaps counter the offer or do something to want to keep your business, there was nothing. Yet, the company I previously worked with really did not want to lose my business. Sometimes, that really does make a difference.
I do love the result in general.
However, I had previously asked about a different door handle and was under the impression that it would be no problem because the person who installs the doors, "doesn't like to do standard door handles anyway." I didn't hear anything since then so I figured it was a go. I suppose I should have asked. When I inquired about this after getting a plain old handle without even a lock, I was told that's what came with the door and it couldn't be changed.
My question is, if it couldn't be changed how come it was a possibility before? Seems unusual that a person with knowledge of everything else would not know that. For all I know, this could be something new. But, I've never known a screen door handle to be irreplaceable. If the handle broke, would they have to replace the entire door?
Upon closer inspection, I noticed the decorative part of the screen door frame has rough edges which are unattractive. More so, it just shouldn't be that way. Another area doesn't have that so it's clear this could have been corrected.
It isn't a matter of being picky. It's a matter of good workmanship, especially when you're paying so much money. I've known a few laborers, including my dad, who would never let anything sloppy out the door, no matter how minor.
I understand the guys who installed it were not the ones who made the door. But I would have thought, once seeing that or having it pointed out, that someone would have said they couldn't leave it that way and want to correct it. Those things make a difference to most customers.
I wasn't asking for anything except maybe they could come out and file it down or do something to correct it. I didn't even ask for any money back. But I was flat out told that's just the way it is.
Suddenly, the helpful and responsive salesmanship while selling me the product turned into a blase, "too bad" type of attitude. Suddenly my email was missed when every other email before it had been answered in a timely fashion. I could have understood that. People get busy. But when the attitude seems to change from helpful on top of that, it makes a person wonder.
Yes, the final result is lovely. Even my neighbors thought it was lovely. However, I can't help to think that I should have went with the former company and perhaps would have gotten the same result for a lot less money. When an issue developed with something they did, they were out in no time, fixing the problem.
I have a tight budget but this was one thing which I thought going for the higher end price would make a difference. It's unfortunate that I now question that decision. These are my personal thoughts which are meant to be kept in mind when making a purchase and not necessarily to deter.
