The seller initially quoted a shipping cost of approximately $300 for our machine to be sent to Canada. However, we later discovered that the machine was manufactured in Brazil. The seller subsequently requested an additional payment of $900 from us, threatening to cancel our order if we did not comply. Although the seller assured us that he would cover any additional shipping fees, we have encountered an unexpected charge of $500 from DHL. Regrettably, the seller has declined to contribute towards this expense.

We proceeded with the purchase of the machine despite our concerns. However, upon its arrival after a 4-month wait, we were dismayed. The box was completely destroyed, and neither of the fillers we ordered nor the bezel for the churros machine were there. The fryer appeared to be of low quality, and the piston of the churros machine was bent, making it very difficult to operate. Despite our attempts to resolve these issues with the seller, they have refused to send the missing items or engage in a dialogue with us. This has been the worst customer service experience we have ever encountered. We are now in the process of taking legal action to recover our money. We will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Hopefully this review will end positive. As of now Eduardo Rodriguez of Mr Churros USA has been ignoring me after requesting an update on a 7K churro machine, that we have left a 3500 deposit on. I notified my lawyer, and now Mr Rodriguez will only hear from my lawyer instead of actually providing information. I asked for a refund, and he will not provide... Or proceed with my order. Unfortunately after looking online, BBB, Facebook and other various reviews he has not been reputable. Unfortunately I jumped in without doing my homework as I needed a machine asap. Now in a possible lawsuit. If we correct's thai situation I'll happily update this review with the outcome.
