Trudy has done two renovations for us on high rise condominiums in Singer Island. It requires substantial more attention to detail to deal with building rules, schedules, elevators, and sudden events. Trudy was involved in both projects for start to finish, the second involving a complete gut rehab of a 3,300 square foot unit which required full drawings and numerous approvals by the city of Riviera Beach. She was exceptional at managing this job, which came close to $1million and took 18 months to complete. Trudy and her sub contractors did an exception job in every way. Her workers were very skilled, and navigated the quirky aspects of our building very well. Trudy was also extremely responsive after the job was completed. Correcting minor items, finishing the punch list, and completing items we wanted changed later.......she was always there for us!

We have been using Taliaferro design for more more than 32 months now, with The team, we have renovated our house completely, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, rooms door, main entrance door, windows and some reconfiguration of the house.

We opened walls for more lighting, we added a bedroom. We shopped most of the furniture with them.

Recently, we redid the pool area, with a new screen enclosure. Because of the new screen enclosure, and because we had to solidify our roof structure to hold it, we decided to redo the roof. Taliaferro also supervised the roof quotation process and found a great roof installer for us. We also made a simple exterior cooking area with a ventilation hood to prevent the BBQ smoke to stay around us. All supervised by them.

The whole process was hassle free, easy, worry free, fairly priced and we were overly pleased with everything they did.

Most of the work was accomplished while we are in Canada, where we live. Most of follow up and follow through were done over phone, teams etc. Easy to deal with!

The proof of our satisfaction is the length of time and the amount of new work we have given them.

We will use them more. We warmly recommend Taliaferro design, because they are by far the best and most reliable remodeling, renovation and designer service we have had in more than 25 years of project!

They are fair, trustworthy, honest, hard working and verbally best results oriented!

Trudy was doing a total makeover of the house across the street. The owners were so happy with her that I decided to have her do some small projects for us. Her plumber and electrician were excellent and reasonable. Now we are going to have her redo a bedroom and closet in the guest area. She has already given us design ideas that I had never thought of. I know that she will oversee the project from beginning to end and finish when promised. That is unusual in this day and age!
