I have been searching for some time now for a Process Service company that would actually do what they claimed they would do.
I was not disappointed with Burke Process Service at all! I requested same day service for a legal document, and Burke Process Service said they could do it and they did!
Excellent customer service! Will use again and recommend them without hesitation.

I've been using Burke for my process serving needs for over two years now and I've never had an issue. My experience has been great!

The Burke team has been nothing but responsive and communicative on each and every matter that they handle. The office staff is pleasant and easy to talk to.

In all the process serving companies I've used (and there are many), there aren't many I'd recommend. Burke is one of them!

Do not recommend. Incorrectly served 2 subpoenas, did not remedy, copped an attitude, blamed my office and the person served incorrectly for miscommunication. I've never dealt with process servers who performed like this. Makes me question if they're legitimate

These people are incompetent money-grabbers. They failed to deliver a summons I paid over $100 to have delivered. And they didn't remedy their failure at all. Clearly, Burke is just a scam.
