We have used this company several times for our septic tank needs. Normally very professional but today Jorge had an attitude on him and was very unprofessional, his colleague remained professional the entire time. I do appreciate them arriving well before the quoted time however I didn’t appreciate his crassness. The office staff was very patient and helpful. We will continue as customers and should we get Jorge again hopefully he has a more professional attitude. Also he made a negative remark about not speaking creole and having us deal with his colleague who is also black. We don’t speak creole we are American. I don’t understand what that was about but it wasn’t ok and it didn’t make us feel valued as returning customers.

We had to have an Exfiltration Trench built as part of our new pool construction to comply with some new stormwater and drainage regulations. We searched around for weeks trying to find a company that could build what was in the engineer's plans, and we were lucky to find Nick and Bradford Septic to do the job.

They gave us a fair price and the entire process was smooth and on time. This was a big drainage trench (25ft long x 4ft wide x 10ft deep) and they completed everything as expected and were very responsive and communicative throughout the whole project.

Compared to other contractors we have worked with over the years, this was the smoothest project with the best communication and we are very thankful for Nick and his team's work.

I would definitely use them again for any future projects that fall into their line of work.

I have used Bradforn Septic Tank for many years to pump and service septic tank systems and their service is great with fast response times and great pricing. I have also used Bradford for new septic tank systems which is another type of service altogether. For new systems, I am in direct contact with their salesman and their engineer, and not just with a receptionist that has to always field my calls. This work is complicated with all of the codes, regulations, and permitting, and Bradford holds my hand through the process and gets it all done efficiently. I highly recommened them for all types of septic system work.

Would hire again, when ever I contacted them I got a reply to my questions in a timely manner. After dealing with other contractors that took days to get back to me, it was a nice change. While the work was being done I received pictures of the project. They also did not leave things for me to clean up after they left. Would recommend to anyone.
