I had a disappointing experience with three different stylists at this salon, and I wouldn't even call them stylists. They don't listen to your requests and the communication is poor. Each visit felt disrespectful and ultimately wasteful of my time and money. Don’t be tempted by the $20 price; for just $5 more, you can find a place that offers peace of mind and a better haircut. Even the 15 minutes I spent there felt like a waste because of the consistent rudeness I encountered, which you’ll find echoed in other reviews.

I had an amazing experience at the great clips . Veronica Pamela Tiba ody and Jennifer were all amazing people they were all professional and Tiba did an amazing job with my haircut it’s exactly what I wanted thank you girls for all that you do I’m definitely going back to get my haircut here .

Horrible, but obviously you get what you pay for!!! I showed the lady pics from the last time I had my hair cut and that’s what I wanted. Not even close! I have short hair. She kept cutting and cutting because she didn’t know what she was doing! I tried to look and put my fingers through my hair and she snapped at me she wasn’t finished yet! Never again. I’m going to a beauty academy salon & cheaper than this place. Maybe it works for men but not this female.

Stylist ignored what I asked her for and gave basically the opposite haircut. When I confronted her on it, all she said was well that's what we had put in your profile so that's what I did. I had asked to take a little off sides and top and shorten the back up. She buzzed my sides. Beware this salon as they ignore what the customer asks for.

I recently visited this salon to get a haircut for my two-year-old son. From the start, I informed the stylist that he tends to cry during haircuts. She responded by telling me that I should take him to a kids’ salon instead and warned that if she started the haircut and he cried, she would stop halfway. This policy makes no sense and is quite unprofessional.
