John Williams with Dennis Property Management provided a level of service above our expectations! I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and dedication to both the tenant and owner. We were first time home renters in Florida. John made the whole process so easy and smooth from beginning to end, found us a great home to enjoy while we searched for a new home to purchase. His commitment to his work continually shows as he communicates any issues promptly and goes above and beyond to make sure all parties are satisfied.

Would not recommend! I close friend was a loyal renter for over 2yrs with zero issues. After hurricane Helene, she was taken advantage of by this company. Anyone who does this to their customers is shameful. I'm holding out hope that this company will open the lines of communication and make things right. Not returning someone's security deposit when there was zero reason to keep it, asking them to keep the utilities in their name, so that you benefit from days of free electricity is absolutely disgusting behavior.

I rented a beautiful villa through this management company for the last 2 years. I had no issues until Helene hit and flooded the home. I accepted that all of my belongings were destroyed in the storm. I accepted that I was responsible for removing all of those belongings that were destroyed. But I CANNOT accept that this company gave me 3 days to remove all of my belongings from a sewer infested home, request that I leave the electric in my name, after vacating so that they could hook up fans and run the AC all day long with the doors open, and then STILL decide to keep my $2,100.00. I am now being ignored by the Property Manager, Christina Fry, who lied and told me my check was in the mail. She played me during the entire process. Calling and checking in to make sure I was emptying the unit so that she wouldn't have to pay someone to do it.
Following the receipt of the "intent to keep deposit" letter, I have called and left numerous messages with Management. Each time, I am assured that I will receive a call back and nothing. It has now been over a month.
I sincerely hope that this warning is seen and considered before doing any business with this company. I have been in customer service my entire life and this is the most heartless and unprofessional encounter I have every witnessed.

Complete trash of a company. Run away like your on fire!!! They must pay alot for the fake good reviews on here...

The two houses I looked at weren't even cleaned even though 1 has been sitting empty for 90+ days! Shocker with how they run things... They bait and switch you telling you a house is available then AFTER you pay the application fee, then whoops, it's not available anymore. Then no supervisors will talk to you they're "unavailable".

I wonder if owners know their properties are sitting for months empty because of the hassle of dealing with this company?

I went against my better judgment and tried another property from them. Got approved and everything but they're unwilling to show you any paperwork before bringing in cashiers checks to the office and hoping on a wing and a prayer they get your lease right AFTER you pay thousands of dollars!

I've leased multiple properties both residential and commercial, this was BY FAR the most difficult, unprofessional company I've dealt with so far. I'm 100% taking my buisness elsewhere. Don't waste your time like I did mine.
