0 stars if u could because they arenโ€™t doing their job. Multiple days missing package with no movement and false claims that it is still in transit. As a USPS affiliate, it shows this item is not moving as scheduled nor at all because no additional scan point have shown since the origination. They just created the label and then took my package and scanned that label as if is in transit but it is most likely lost and they are delaying the inevitable. They falsely update the date of the status to the current day with additional scan point. My package was supposed to arrive on 14th of March

(UPDATED) Original review: My package has been stuck here for a day. After reading everyone's experience with this distribution center, I have concluded that I will never receive my package. I hope these people understand what they're doing.
Update #1: my package left Ybor City after three or so days. It then went to Saint Rose, Louisiana where it spent a few more days. From there it went to Cincinnati (my local distribution center) where it has been for three days. I will update again when I receive the package.
Update #2: I received my package on 3/26/2025, one month after it was sent. Ybor City is definitely terrible, but some packages do make it out.

Not sure why this place is still a functioning hub for the USPS. There needs to be an inquiry done. Maybe they are understaffed, maybe they are overworked and underpaid. Or maybe they could care less about the people in their community that their crappy job is affecting. There are too many complaints over too long a period of time for the issues to be a one time thing. The same package travelled from Michigan to Ybor City, FL in 2 days (20 minutes from my house). It sat there for 10 DAYS and now has magically popped up in North Carolina. If I was you I'd ask any senders to avoid the USPS, or request a different pickup option.

never using USPS again JUST so I can avoid this center. every time my mail goes here, it winds up sitting for days with zero updates until it inevitably gets delivered late. I have first class mail shipping from just a few hours away that was meant to be delivered a week ago. but it's still sitting in their facility, claiming it's "on the way." i could have picked up my package from the seller and been back home several dozen times by now. this is absurd.

After I saw all the reviews, I was so worried! My 2 boxes were sitting here for few days, one for my mom and my daughter. But theyโ€™ve got their packages after few days delay. Please stay calm and wait for few more days than expected delivery date. Your package will get to the destination!
Iโ€™m just glad my packages were safe and made it to the destination.
Thanks to workers at YBOR processing service center and USPS workers.

I live in Nashville, TN. I ordered a guitar from Texas. It shipped 1/6/25 and tracked from Houston to Atlanta to Nashville. Imagine my excitement on 1/8 when it arrived at the center in Nashville. Then, for unexplained reasons it went to Ybor City, FL. It has been there for 20 days! I put in a missing package request with the USPS and received an email stating that the issue has been "resolved and case closed". Have still not received updates or an explanation on why I have not received my package. So frustrated with not only inexcusable service; but also the lack of communication. Why do they put bar codes on packages anyway if they serve no purpose...apparently?

This site should be removed as a main hub. They constantly lose mail. I had a package supposedly leave there Thursday at 4:56 pm & now it's delayed as of Sunday night? I live 15 miles away on the other side of Tampa. It's a 24 minute drive!! The last box I sent that went through there was clearly torn open by a person at that site, on the only corner I didn't fully tape around. There was my delivery expectation as of Friday morning. They WILL find my packages. If anything is "lost" or damaged, I'm probably getting a lawyer at this point.

I order from a small nursery in Florida, plants that require heat packs to ship to my area this time of year. Any time a package hits this post office there is a minimum 3-4 day delay. The last package was 7 days late, that's right, a full week. Not sure what's going on in this hub but someone should get with the program. From now on I'll upgrade to UPS 2 day when I order from this area.
