I had a decent experience with the doctor but the office has really disappointed me and we will never return.

I had an appointment scheduled for my 2 children and it turns out they had beginning of the year state testing on the same day. I called earlier on the same day of the appointment and asked if I could possibly reschedule due to this testing and they did it no problem. Well, 2 weeks later they called to let me know I owe them $50 each for late cancellation fees before they could be seen. I understand a policy is a policy but it would have been common courtesy for them to say “we can reschedule but there will be a $50 fee per child” because then maybe I would have asked the school if the kids can retake their tests. This is bad business. This wouldn’t slide in a decent establishment. With the amount of money we pay for these appointments and labs, you would think we would be respected a little more. Life happens…. Especially when you have younger kids. Don’t waste your time with these crooks.

The staff at Dr. Reichmuth's office is awesome. They greet you by first name and are all so kind, helpful, and professional. Dr. Reichmuth and Jessie spend as much time as necessary to answer my questions and explain treatment. Whether at Land O Lakes or Wiregrass, it is my most enjoyable medical office to go to.
