We had an amazing experience the first time we partnered with tropical escapes building our first pool for our first house in Wesley chapel and then of course because of the great work the first time there wasn’t a need to compare them to any other pool builder. It was an easy decision to have them build a second pool in our second home. Amazing work. Just beautiful. A+ work and awesome with design work and assistance. So happy with our experience with Tropical Escapes! We had a few companies in mind for our pool build and decided to go with Tropical because Maggie did such a great job with getting us the information we needed and her mindful follow up blew everyone else out of the water. Cody did a great job at managing the build and was quick to answer our questions and keep it all on schedule, even during a doozy of a hurricane season. We appreciate all of the effort and care put into the job and we are so happy we went with Tropical. If you want a personalized approach from a family-run business, definitely don’t hesitate to give them a call for your pool!

Awesome experience with tropical escapes! From the beginning until the end. The design process was simple and easy. The managing of the project was a breeze and we were informed often of what work was being performed and what we could expect. The pool was completed in a little over a month and we could not be more happy that we chose tropical escapes to build our backyard oasis.

Stellar!!! Did my research and interviewed quite a few builders. I am absolutely thrilled with how smooth the entire project went. My pool is absolutely gorgeous and the patio and screen enclosure is more than I dreamed. The project manager Cody is very professional. Cody went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Cody is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell how passionate he is about making sure every detail is exactly the way you want it. The communication and honesty was clear throughout the process and Cody was onsite for each phase. Maggie is more than a salesperson. Maggie helped design the entire backyard makeover! Maggie took care of handling all the paperwork ensuring all was in order before the magic happened! I have received so many compliments from all my neighbors on the quality and beauty of my new pool! Highly Highly recommend!!! I’m so very pleased with Tropical Escapes Pool Builders making my dream come true!

I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent job that Tropical Escapes Pool Builders did a no new inground pool. It’s a fairly large pool at 16’ x 36’. They help me finalize the design plans showed an excellent rendering with a video and helped us pick up materials for the pool from excavation day to the final inspection on the pool it took less than 90 days! I understand that that is not typical, but everything lined up such that it could be done, and they made it happen. This was very important to us as our father was coming in for probably the last time to Florida, and we wanted to show him the pool before he left. Also, we were very fortunate with weather, and that there was very little rain during the last several months.
I want to thank the owners, Rosa, Brian, will, Kyle, and the entire staff and all the crews that came out to make this happen. With a special shout out again to Rosa, Brian and Will - very special people. We were referred to this builder by friends that we consider family as they had done a great job on their pool and as I stated we couldn’t be more pleased. I’m going to attach some photos for you to see the excellent quality and care that they took with our pool.

We started with Tropical Escapes after an extensive search of Pool builders in the Area. The experience of the builder guided us through the best options for the design and overall layout. The main office and the Tropical Escapes representatives and employees carry themselves with respect and experience to the appeasement of all of us who do not know anything about pools. We’ve begun the last steps of the Pool buildout, and look forward to a 5 star review once the punch list is complete. Included in this review are some photos of how it’s progressing.

We love our pool and are so happy we chose tropical escapes!
They were professional and responsive. They are some of the best people to work with. Cody, Brian , Luis and Brett were of great assistance. The owner, Cody, really cares. His workers are top-notch. We had a really amazing experience with everyone that came here to build and work on our pool. We love our pool design and couldn’t be more happier. Cody takes the time to make sure things are right! We interviewed many companies before choosing tropical escapes.
