Mark over promised and under delivered then blamed it on motor vehicle. 10 days for a title just to be told sorry it will be another week. Then the delivery guy gets here today and tells me how he dropped my title off at motor vehicle yesterday. That’s no way to run a business. I should have known when he did not return my call or text all day n the lady who answered the phone had huge hesitation in her voice.

Mark, you bold faced lied to me and that is not ok.
You were supposed to cut it to 80 inches as discussed but that did not happen either. So it’s on its way back. Maybe get it right this time.

Sales is done n support is gone out the window.

Nothing to think about, if you want a golf cart for just golf to completely customized. They have built some amazing carts for make a wish foundation.

I called Friday after the hurricane to get my golf cart repaired. Told me they’d pick it up the following Wednesday which I agreed to. On Tuesday the day before pick up they called and told me that Corporate decided they won’t fix golf carts from storm surge. My gas golf cart sat there for an extra 4 days because I trusted this company to come. Lost valuable time considering there was salt water near the engine. Now scrambling to find someone else and asked for permission to leave it there as the building has been evacuated. I bought a golf cart here in the past and had repairs done before, but not anymore. Lost a customer for life.
