I visited the store with my sister Susan, to try and figure out what piece of granite she needed, to go on top of her bar, outside, at her pool deck area. Melissa Rivera, was our customer service representative. Melissa, was very knowledgeable! Melissa, knew what colors clashed with the others, and what didn't! Melissa, showed us several different pieces to choose from, that would work with the color bricks on the bar, on the pool deck, and in the pool. Melissa was not only knowledgeable, but she was very kind! She offered us a bottle of water, and we gladly accepted. She was not pushy, she did not try and force anything. Melissa explained it to the tee! Oh, and she is easy on the eyes too! If you need any type of stone, go to the UMI store and ask for Melissa!

Best selection of Quartz. You’re able to see full slabs instead of small chips. Customer service is excellent. Ask for Gabriella Silva. She was a great help and very knowledgeable.Melissa was very helpful on our second visit. We’ve decided on the Coastal Quartz. It’s stunning!!!

Contacted UMI at the request of our contractor for a kitchen remodel, and our brief experience with UMI was worth reviewing. The young woman (Angelina? I'm sure I'm wrong but wanted to attempt to remember!) on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me all info I needed before our visit to the showroom. When we arrived, I expected to show myself around and glance, but Tony V met me at the door and went out of his way to show me samples, get them off the wall for me, hold them up to photograph, chat with my children, and answer all my questions. While I had no appointment and felt I would have been interrupting someone with my impromptu visit, I was welcomed warmly and given whatever time and help I needed. Renae was phenomenal - she pointed me to quartz that met the color scheme. A 20 min appointment quickly helped me decide what Quartz was best. Sample sizes were 24” by 8’ + and was super helpful.
