Marshall at MKN was quick to respond to my online query for replacing the flimsy channel on my RV camper to support a mounted bike rack receiver to be loaded with 4 bikes. He added a personal touch by stopping by my house to look at my camper trailer and the welding I needed done. He completed the work sooner than expected and walked me through the entire process offering pictures on suggestions for welding and seeking my approval before starting work. He even picked up and dropped off the camper for me! Even after we finished the transaction he sent a follow up text on suggestions for paint materials. I would highly recommend Marshall and MKN again!

Marshall was prompt, professional, and didn’t rush us on discussing our three different welding concerns. On one, an RV mount rack, he worked with us on needs, sizing and material options, and the result was a professional in appearance, and perfectly functioning and fitting frame. Price was under estimate, and delivered more quickly. He also sourced parts and materials. On our two other concerns - first, he explained why welding wasn’t the best solution, and recommended an alternate approach that would work better (so he didn’t sell us a bad solution). On the final issue, our trailer hitch reinforcement, he crawled under the RV, asked us questions about what we were towing (bikes), tongue weights and leverage length, and suggested we should be fine without reinforcement. Additionally, he identified why our imagined solution was problematic and unnecessary. Honest, dependable, excellent work, on site visits, fairly priced! Highly recommend!
