Picked up 47,000 lbs of lumber here. Check in process is pretty simple, line up in the waiting area, walk up to the driver window, with you 512 #, then folk lift driver will have you get in line with other trucks that are getting loaded. It's a very Kool process. No tarping on site, but you can park out side there gate like I did in the photo. Safe travels y'all.

Couldn’t give 0 stars. This place is an absolute cluster. At arrival I was told to go wait at a staging yard a few miles away and come back in an hour. When I returned, I was told to go back and wait another hour. The guy would not take my number to call me or anything. After the second trip. I returned to find cops writing tickets for the trucks parked outside the gate. I have been waiting for over 4 hours now and finally got inside the gate. Drivers need to unite and refuse to ship from this place until they get a system to alleviate the wait times

To my fellow truck drivers, do not park on the street to wait to get inside fence to check in. Police will give you a ticket. It like 20 trucks that was park on side of curve waiting to check in, and police gave us all a ticket. I want be coming back here, this place needs a staging area.

Your Distribution sucks. I have been trying to purchase your smooth color plank siding and trim but all of your distributors for homeowners like lowes, home depot and building suppliers have no clue about your product or have minimum quantity amounts. Obviously you only want revenue from builders. It really is a shame, want to support local company but I don't have the time to find your product through your terrible Distribution. Highly disappointed. Will use another product.

Awful, unprofessional, rude staff in the Receiving department. After waiting over 6 hrs to get loaded, I asked the forklift worker how many trucks there were before me, the worker rudely said if I don’t like it I can leave and pointed towards the gate. Unable to talk to a manager, just rude and disrespectful workers!
Do not recommend!!
