After failing to pay me my first weeks check and withholding it one additional week, this company did not train me for anything and told me to get to work. Lifting heavy plates in this disorganized shop for a few months, I ended up having an umbilical hernia. And was fired today cause of a little THC in my system from Thanksgiving. So, not only is this company kind of trash to work for, but once you get hurt (with an injury that is with me for life) they find reasons to fire you instead of giving you proper care. I wonder how many OSHA violations they have going on since they have beer in the fridge at work. But yet I get punished for something I do in my own time outside of work...
