Drivers entrance says Saddle Creek, but you're in the right place for Refresco Beverage. Just follow along the left until you get to the opening on your right that says receiving dock. Up the stairs is the check in for Refresco. This was my first time here and the load was a drop off for me, so I can't attest to live unload timing, but the place wasn't busy at all. Evidently, I arrived around lunchtime (11:25a.m.) because there was a sign in the check in area that said, "will be back in 30 minutes." So I guess lunch is from 11-11:30a.m. Signed the sheet at the bottom of the steps as instructed, and waited for them to return. They returned, got my paperwork signed, dropped trailer in designated area, and I was on my way. Better signage is needed for first timers.

First time here, and I can say it ok . My appointment was at 12:00 pm got here at 7:15 am got in a door about 8:35am and finished offloading 9:05.

Not Horrible! Driveway off S.Crystal Lake Dr. Empty bottle loads stay left drive pass the dock and spin around wait in line with other trucks. Best bet is to show up 2 hours early and you might have a dock by your appt time. A little tight for new drivers. It seems that they unload one truck at a time with only 3 docks. It looks like FCFS but they try to follow appointment time. Bring your lunch when coming here.

Easy check in. Sign sheet then up the stairs to receiving window. From truck entrance go left behind building to the docks just past the propane storage tank.

Horrible to unload here , 5 hours waiting and still in dock , dont come here anymore

My reefer load was unloaded within 2 1/2 hours of arriving 730 to 1000 am with 1 reefer load in front of me they start off loading at 8 am FCFS ,when I check in there were 4 truck already there if you delivering empty cans (dry van) look like take longer. people was nice, guard receiving lady and unloader place is tight park where I can nobody yell at me. That was my experience here no complaints I don't expect perfection.

Truck drivers avoid this place. They open at 7am I arrived at 7:30a.m. and I got a door at 5:30p.m. unloaded by 8p.m. You will sit here for hours due to them unloading 1 truck at a time. Luckily there are places in walking distance to get food. If you're not there by 6 a.m. be prepared to wait. It takes them 3 hours to unload a truck. So if you're number 3 do the math. Don't bother asking why it's taking so long. This was my first time and last time coming here
