2.16.25...I arrived at 421p for my 517p appt. I checked in with guard and was told to park and wait for a call to a door. I received that call at 426p. I docked in the door and took bills to receiving office. I was advised that once done i would receive text for lumper and call for bills. I paid my lumper and at 552p I got the call for my bills. There used to be overnight parking but of course some truckers messed that up. You can only arrive two hours prior to appt. Overall the experience here was a good one. Ty.

I arrived early for my appointment at the frozen food bldg just in front of the security bldg, they sent me to frozen food receiving bldg for door assignment.
I got a door right away but had to wait 2 hours until dock workers arrived at 1500.

I had a 0500 appt time. When I got there it was 1 other truck in the area I was in on the frozen side. But easy find, easy backing, & clean bathroom. I was out within 3hrs probably sooner if they would've called & told me my paperwork was ready. Soo don't expect them to call. Once you pay that lumper & see the green light. Slide back in there & see if your bills are good. Kool experience nothin bad or negative to say. Kool with coming back here again.

Guys, this Publix doesn't have overnight parking,be prepared. They have a staging area, but allow to get there only 2 hour before appointment time.

well very slow!!! They sleep on the job, all of them. I arrived at 8am an hour before appt, got the door. Now it's 3:40pm and I'm still at the door. It looks like I'm going to get my 34 hours here

I must say I was skeptical b/c of the reviews but I was 2 hrs late for my appt. Security sent me to frozen food receiving and I was immediately given a door and as I'm backing in I noticed a guy standing guiding me in. Turned out to be forklift driver. Out in 15 mins. Everybody was awesome.

Showed up at 1430 for a 1630 appointment. They put me in a door and told me to come back at 1515 to turn in paperwork. It’s now 2030 and the light is still red and when I asked how much longer they thought it might be they said “an hour to 10 hours. When we done we done” such rude people here. This Publix is normally good, but not the frozen side. I won’t be coming back. No respect. No work ethic here.
