Buy standard changer’s!!!! This rude old man named Edward. Hook up on me because he could not provide help! All I want to do is buy a new bill reader! This dude asked for serial # then with out asking any questions dudes like your machine is old and we only sell 24 volt! Before I could ask for one he hung up on me! Still on hold Been 45 mins first call second won’t get answered today… buy Standard changer! They pick up the phone

We were having issues with our Bill Breaker. Umberto was incredibly helpful. He talked me through taking the entire machine apart to ship to him so it could be serviced. When the pieces were returned to me they were packed neatly and securely. I thought putting the machine back together would be a challenge. Umberto again walked me through step by step how to reassemble the Bill Breaker with amazing patience. I appreciate all his time and how much he cared about getting our machine up and running.
