Fantastic products, no issue whatsoever. But the Customer Service needs to be dealt with. They're impossible to reach, numerous emails, messages on their social media, and numerous phone calls and ZERO response. When you finally get through on their CS line after being on hold for 40 minutes it (hoping not a real person otherwise that would be pretty shady) automatically hangs up on you. Finally got through speaking to an "operator" because their CS is nonexistent and I just got an attitude. It's a shame such a high quality product is backed by such low quality people.

Such a negative feedback dealing with the front desk lady , she's rude and impolite, she don't says Hello, thanks, you're welcome nothing, being a mature woman enough to have manners she's too far to be educated.

nothing professional ... they playing with customers life's... violating federal specifications like a sizes. cutting the ballistic to facilitate the sewing stitching....when they give Layoff to some worker..never say face to face..only phone call." Your position disappear" that's it.....the payment is ridiculously..........

Company is full of hypocrisy and is very discriminative to those who are brown/black skin. Management is very poor with good leardership. Just a bunch of people don't know english and running a muck
