I had 4 large wall screens that needed replaced on our Lanai! I contacted Lisa at Pyramid Aluminum for a quote, She was quick to respond and we agreed to the quote. The installer, Sergio, came on Saturday morning and removed the old screens that had been in for 24 years and were a bit tough to get out. He was very knowledgeable and polite and got the job completed and area cleaned up when finished. Very pleased with Pyramid Aluminum and highly recommend them!

We are so happy with our screen enclosure!! It turned out better than we expected! We had a great experience right from the start when Bob Elliot came to give us an estimate and go over all the details. He knows his stuff and made great recommendations on how to design it. They take care of all the permits and design of the enclosure. Once they had all the permits in place their crew led by Robert were just amazing!! They finished in 3 days and I can not say enough about how awesome they were. The ladies in the office Lisa and Gail are so nice to work with too! Our patio is not an easy kind to do so we are so impressed with the finished product! I can not recommend them enough! Thank You guys!

I need a front-step-railing repaired—it is dangerous for anyone but my mom is 90 with a history of falls so it’s kind of important. Initial contact in Oct. was great—Lisa was very nice. When I didn’t hear back after a few weeks, I called and was told I was on a list. No problem.

They have ghosted us since then (three months). I assume they do not want to be bothered with a small job, which is their right, but if they decided not to honor their word, they could at least let me know. Completely ignoring someone and leaving them hanging after promising an estimate is unprofessional and rude.

I am just trying to remedy a dangerous situation but it looks like I put my faith in the wrong company.

We had 2 projects with Pyramid. The first project was completed but took twice as long as they stated it would take. Bob told us 6 months, took about a year.

Second project was dishonest lying about their capabilities and then keeping our money.

Bob stated that the project would be completed in 3 months. Bob also told me that the roof would have the same overhang as our previously purchased composite roof. The measurements that were provided would have worked with the like overhangs. However, Pyramid waited 2 months to submit the permit, and 5 months before Pyramid came to our residence for final measurements. During the final measurements, Robert informed me that the measurements that Bob had provided were the maximum and that the supports would have to be brought in 1.5 ft from the edges. This obviously would not work having posts where the vehicle would have to be parked. Even though I called weekly, another 3 weeks were spent by Pyramid delaying the inevitability that Pyramid would not be able to complete the project as I had requested. Pyramid then took another month to refund the project after weekly calls by me to request status of the refund.
Of the initial $6,510.00 down payment, Pyramid sent a check of $1,303.60 received on March 3, 2025 claiming permit, engineering, and fees. This is unacceptable as Pyramid was not able to complete the project as requested and not because I do not want a carport. I am currently seeking another avenue for the carport that Pyramid was unable to complete as contracted.

Pyramid Aluminum did a great job repairing hurricane damage to our pool enclosure. They were prompt, professional, clean, and the work was completed expediently. They were also a great value! I hope we don't have to repair our enclosure in the near future, but if we do, I would certainly call Pyramid Aluminum again.

Awesome job by Brandon & his crew. Hurricane Milton was not kind to our freestanding enclosure. The guys were well organized, courteous and respectful of our property. They knew how to do the job right. Left no mess behind. Very thorough. Highly recommend Pyramid.
