They have constant known issues with the ammo but won't do anything to rectify it. SetBack, Bad Primers, Improper Primer Depth, Inconsistent Powder Charges and Sqibs. There were multiple customer guns that were damaged from their ammo.
The owner lets employees smoke pot on the job site and there is no accountability for employees or management which is why they have so many issues. If you value your fingers I would avoid Veteran Ammo and American Sniper Ammo like the plague.

I bought 300 rounds of this ammunition and without exaggerating I can say I had a MINIMUM Of 3-5 light strikes/ failure to fires EVERY SINGLE MAG (10 rd mag) it got to the point that I thought my gun was the issue but lo and behold every other ammo the smith ran through it worked perfectly fine I even gave it to my buddies for free to see if they could run it through their 9mm’s and still had the same result… I’m pretty disappointed with my experience and hope no one else has to experience what I did

Best price for ammo in pinellas county. I stopped in tonight to take a peek because I drive past all the time on my route. Not exactly sure who I dealt with I take it that he was the owner, guy had an answer for every question I had and helped me get exactly what I needed. I even found some ammo that’s been hard to find as it’s an old caliber not very common for a great price. Definitely going to be a habitual customer of this shop from now on. I also purchased some factory 2nds they make in house will update my review after I send them down the range. Thanks to whoever helped me tonight you got yourself a repeat customer!!!!!

This was one of the best experiences as far as customer service and value I have seen in along time.

Who I spoke with on the phone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The individual that assisted me when I got to their retail store went out of their way to get ammo from the back and put together the quantity that I needed.

The quality of the ammo is great when factoring in the price this = incredible value. Bought multiple calibers pistol and rifle. Had 0 malfunctions 500rds 55g .223, 250rds .40, 250rds .45.

To the guy who gave one star. You know you can order the stuff from him right? Have it delivered. Everyone needs days off. I don't know Dane personally but he has gone above and beyond to get ammo to me. Are you telling me you work until 6pm every day? If your going to be a little later I'm sure Dane would wait for you. He's just that kind of guy.

Now as for my review. Hyperion has just opened this Largo location and it is way nicer then the old Tampa factory. Dane offers great prices and his company is Veteran owned and operated. I have never had ANY issues with his ammo, and have shot his ammo through the most expensive to the cheapest guns on the market. Mainly the cheapest cause I'm a poor bastard lol. I would definitely trust my life with his ammo. Buy local and I'm not talking chinamart.
