I ordered a bunch of Covid test kits to have on hand because I was doing some traveling.
Disappointed to see there was an eight month shelflife and upon checking the lot number. There is no extension on these.

We sent our returns and they later said we have to send $4000 worth of returns to receive credit for the returns. The sale person convinced me that they could do better than the current company. Well , keep away from this company at all cost. Our returns was worth about $500.00 they said , and they said this was cost of administration and we were not entitled to anything. We felt we were scammed.

Called about an application I had filled out 30 mins prior, the guy who answered told me I’ll have to wait because applications don’t work that fast and I should know that, then told me that there’s no one I can talk to about my application and hung up on me, 5 minutes later my application came back to me. Very disrespectful to someone who simply could’ve been needing help. Not good people behind the phone.

We used this company for our expired returns. One year ago we closed the store and had a rep come by to write up up the returns. In October of 2020 it was recommended by our bank to close the account for the store. We got a couple of checks since that time and the bank was able to cash them but then we got a check in February 2021, March 2021 and April 2021. The total for all 3 was about $90. Not much but still $90. The bank would not cas them anymore. I reached out to the rep in the area and explained the situation to him. He said he would see what he could do. Never heard anything back from him so I called a week later and had to leave a message. Again no call back. Called again and left another message and he calls me and said they are working on it but with the Memorial Day holiday it would be a little longer. Said they would make out the check to me personally to cover the check. After a couple of weeks I hadn’t heard anything back so I called again and guess what No answer so I left a message. That afternoon I called back and left another message. The rep sent me a text saying he was in a meeting and would call afterwards. Said he didn’t forget about me. Well again guess what happened. It is now 6pm CST and no call. If you can’t do anything about the checks just say so. Don’t keep someone waiting like you are doing. We have another store that we thought of using them but not anymore. Pitiful service

This is an update to my previous review. After speaking with the VP of financial services a form was sent to me and I filled it out and sent it back. We have gotten the unresolved checks taken care of thus the 4 stars.

The pharma link INC did two return for us in 2016 and 2017 and we got check for $84.06. They told us they will get our return check in three(3) MONTH. Don't believe them when they sell you the three month slogan. By the way that was our last return with them.

DO NOT even bother yourself to use them for your return, they are thieves!! I have made a return in March of 2021 and one of the item won't expire until 03/2022 and they have been charging me $332 every month as a storage fee and the rep who signed me for this account did not mention any thing about future date fees and I spoke with Debby which is a manager there and she is the worst manager, basically she told me you have not many options either we gonna keep charging you the monthly storage fee until the item get expired or we can destroy the item, by the way the estimated return value is $13,302,73!! and she wont send me my item back neither stop charging me the storage fee and blaming it on me because I did not read their return policy and I probably should've but I think with this company you can not make a mistake or they will rip you off and steal your money!! I DONT RECOMMEND ANY PHARMACY IN USA TO USE THIS GARBGE RETURN COMPANY.

Very very bad service, never use them again. For you own money you will have to wait long time but they will take their money right away. Everytime you call they say we are working on it, our team is looking into it. Its been long time since i have not seen my money. Please don't use them.
