I applied through indeed and heard back immediately. When I applied the job was advertised for 18$ an hour for shipping and receiving while operating a forklift. I get hired on for 15$. I only worked there for a Month due to the fact the Warehouse manager Kassa or however you spell his name was all over me from the beginning... I couldn't clock in because I was placed at the other warehouse. I Told him I have asthma which he argued with me quite frequently about telling me over and over again I never told him about my asthma issues. Every job I have had I told my employer that I have lung and breathing issues ever since I was a kid... Now there were a couple of guys who were Very lazy and I had to be the one to unload the trucks and be taken away from my job because guys who have been there for awhile think they can do whatever they want. Typical. I got into it frequently with the Warehouse manager Kassa Due to the simple fact I was unable to do my job peacefully and go home. He tells me one day that Over the cameras I wasn't doing anything. I asked him what time specifically that was! He tells me around 1 o'clock... That was right after I got done unloading A truck for over 2 hours and It was over 100 degrees in the trailer constantly moving heavy rolls and putting them on a rack... So I told him you saw me relaxing drinking water and you thought it was me Goofing off doing nothing when I come to you everyday asking for overtime?!!! I'm Beyond disgusted at this point. Not only do we live in Florida where it's hot most of the time but imagine hand unloading a trailer for almost 3 hours just to get told you're lazy for taking a break. So I went to Human Resources multiple times throughout the month with many complaints from the simple fact I'm underpaid Overworked and My boss wants to argue constantly. So The day before I was fired Kassa came to me And said if you clock in at 7am and there's work that's fine but If there's no work then to wait till 8am to clock in. I told him I get here at 6am everyday because my brother works at 7am then drives to work. I also told him HR and Upper management told me to clock in at 7am because I get here so early. Kassa's response to that was I don't care what time you get here if it's 4am or 6am I tell you to clock in when I tell you to, you don't work for HR you work for me & you do as I say, Got it?!.... I'm sitting there on the forklift stunned at what I'm hearing. I've never in my life had a BOSS talk to me in that way let alone someone who's worked there for over 30 years and is supposed to be a Manager. He's a typical Narcissist who wants the workers to do whatever he says like it's the 1800s all over again. So the day I get fired I walk in with everyone And see Allan who works in shipping and receiving with me clocked in and walked back to our area, So I'm like alright let's do it. I unplug my Forklift, pull up to the clock in machine and Kassa stops me And while I'm filming the entire time because I didn't trust him I wanted everything on record. He tells me in front of everyone who's clocking in Do you remember what I said about clocking in?! I'm like yeah and I have pallets to wrap in the back.. He says NO! I told you not to clock in why did you clock in! I'm like Allan clocked in everyone else is and there are pallets to wrap, you told me to clock in at 7am if there's work and to wait to clock in till 8am if there isn't work. He tells me OKAY! Thank you for working here your services are no longer required leave! I went to HR and sent them the videos of my 2 interactions And nothing happened. Thank you pellon For not helping me when I needed it 👍. Clearly my voice and everything I was going through and had to deal with didn't matter.

Let’s start with the direction for semi truck drivers. (Google do better). From 688 going west turn right onto Automobile Blvd then the first street on left. Shipping and receiving is to the right. A tight place but we professionals you got it. Second unloading may take a while depending on what you have. Me, I had a trailer full.
