I needed a custom seat support for my bike and I'm extremely happy to find Phoenix Custom Engineering to do my project.

They did fantastic job. I was impressed with knowledge and final results.
Project was completed in only two days, ahead of planned timeline. Plus they did few additional adjustments in order to get better look and proper functioning free of charge.
Also customer service is amazing! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable leaving your project in their hands.
When the seat was completed they sent me a message and pictures of final product. Very professional.
Would highly recommend Joey and his team for any of your projects. They rock! You would not regret.

I can't say enough great things about Joey and his amazing engineering and customer service. I contracted him to make a dance pole for the back of my boat. He went above and beyond to make sure it came out just the way I wanted. He was very communicative with me through the entire process and updated me daily with pictures. This isn't the final rendition as he cut the pole down a litlle smaller per my final request but this will give you an idea of what he made for me. If you have a Yamaha jetboat he is the MAN that can do any kinda custom fabs for you. I will definitely use him again. Thanks Joey!! Much love!

Thank you, thank you! This place helped me out big time! After many machine shops didn't have time for me or understand how to do what I wanted done, Joe figured it out. Your welcomed as soon as you start your interaction. I needed a motorcycle wheel ground down an 1/8 of an inch on the rotor mounts, and 2 bushings turn down. To make a Harley wheel fit on a European bike. It came out flawless. Saved me 1500$ instead of buying a custom wheel. Machine shops like this with talented guys are not around so much anymoore. While I was there my daughter played with a robot he animatrized, and a dog. Not to mention the huge new machines he had for the heavy machining and fabricating this place is capable of. I'm a pretty greatful guy and will spread the word! Thanks again! Ps just the fact I didn't have to break down the tire saved me time and money too!

Phoenix Custom Engineering is a great place to have any custom machining work done. I recently contacted them for some work on bicycle parts and I was immediately impressed
with the professionalism in how the phone was answered. By the end of the first call we had a time and day set that worked with both of our schedules. When I brought my parts in, I just had tape on them that I scribbled notes on, I'm definitely not an engineer. But I knew as soon as I started talking to Joey, he would know how to make everything work. As soon as I walked through the door he and Megan were very welcoming, after a few minutes, it just felt like I was hanging out with friends I've known for years. One part was a modification to make a suspension seatpost work on my wife's Ebike and all the other parts were for an Ebike that was too large for one of my daughters. I was trying to change multiple parts on that bike to make it easier for her to ride and what I wanted could not be purchased anywhere. Joey did a great job of listening and understanding what I was trying to accomplish and he said he could have all my parts complete by the weekend. The next day they were finished and I picked them up (a full 2 days earlier than he promised)! I got the bikes reassembled and everything fit perfect! I've always been fascinated with machining and I learned a lot about what they are capable of while I was there and I have no doubt, no matter how complex your machining or design may be, Phoenix Custom Engineering can give you the best results in a timely matter and at a good price point. If you have a manufacturing business and need to convert some of your processes to automation, they can do that too. Just bring in your parts and explain what you need to automate and they will design and build a machine from scratch to accomplish exactly what you need and streamline your process and lower your cost per part.

Friendly Staff and superior knowledge on how to get something fixed! I showed them my issue and Joey was able to give me several different options to fix it that I didn’t even think of! He was incredibly transparent with price, time, and issues certain options would have. So we went with the best option and an hour later he had all of my problems resolved!
