AGENT DAWN EVANS OVER QUOTED ME ON A NEW POLICY. WHEN I STATED WHAT COVERAGE I WANTED, SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME OUR OFFICE CAN YOU PROVIDE YOU WITH THE QUOTE THAT WAS THE HIGHEST. I recently completed the Florida Notary Course and used Vermost, which was recommended by the state of Florida website, to send in all of my information and set up my E & O Bond. I have dealt with Rebekah for both my original Bond and the increased Bond I needed recently. Amazing! They always answer their phones, someone speaks to you right away, they are professional, and kind. Communication is key to me and Vermost keeps in touch via phone or email immediately. This is very refreshing in today's world of phone ques, out sourcing, and just bad customer service. They are wonderful and Rebekah is fantastic. I highly recommend Vermost, located in Clearwater.
