Everyone at A Life Tribute Funeral Care and Anderson McQueen Funeral Home (Kevin) that my brother (Scott) and I came in contact with were professional, caring and kind throughout the entire cremation process for our mother, Vivian Greiner. I was recently notified of my estranged father’s passing. He passed a year ago. This facility received his remains. Due to no family listed, he was cremated. After I was informed of his death, I contacted A Life Tribute Funeral Care in order to confirm that this was indeed my father and to obtain any information surrounding his death. I was told by Susan that since I wasn’t in my father’s life, I shouldn’t be expected to receive such information and knowledge, and then was hung up on. Susan, you are unaware of my life experiences and your lack of knowledge, empathy and respect is quite evident that you do not have the capacity to be working in this career field. I just hope this facility treated my father’s remains with more compassion and respect than it did with me. Shame on you!
