Sincerely i don't recommend this business. Customer service was rude.
The man at the desk ask me to leave a deposit of 10percent of the shed's cost when they delivered the shed they never came with any type of equipment to place the shed in my yard. When i proceeded to call customer service they started to curse on the phone. I proceeded to refuse the install of the shed since they did not have the equipment. They are refusing to returned my 10percent deposit i originally gave for the shed. I recommend you check the Better Business Bureau before purchasing anything from this company.

I do not recommend this company. I'm in the market for a new shed and I've been trying for months to get them to come out to perform a site inspection to make sure the location is suitable. The owner's response every time was "I'm too busy, call me again in 2-3 weeks". This repeated over and over again. If he didn't want the business, he should have said so from the beginning. If they are this difficult to deal with before buying, I can only imagine how bad it will be if you had a problem after purchasing a shed.

Due to our satisfaction with our first Lark shed, we purchased a 2nd from The Shed Shop in Lake Worth. We especially like the sturdy steel construction and their reputation for standing up to hurricanes. From start to finish, we were treated well. Even the delivery and installation crew was friendly and prompt. They were careful while unloading our shed (10' X 24') and anchoring it. I wholeheartedly recommend The Shed Shop. Thank you Wes!

The order process was ok, ETA of 12 to 14 weeks was not met (took 6 months) but that's ok since I was not in a rush to get it, paid all in front even that was not required. I specifically asked for 2 windows, a door and a vent since I'm storing landscape equipment with gas. Shed came in yesterday and installation went smooth, liked the product and so far so good. When they left I realized that there is no vent and here comes the problem, I spoke with Wes and he flipped saying that there is nothing he can do at this time, if I was so desperate for a vent to go to home depot , buy one and install it myself. His lack of customer service was unreal, told me that he has no time to think about vents on sheds with all the work he has (even that I paid for it when custom build it) we were talking to buy another shed in the near future but with his rudness and lack of interest on a good response other than if you don't like it give it back and another one can be built (another 6 month's) or get your money back. I even spoke with the delivery person on how to set up 2nd shed but now....I'm taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed with Wes from Shed Shop in Lake Worth

I am very happy with our new shed. They delivered it on time and it was exactly what I wanted. The installers did a great job and I would recommend this company to anyone who would ask. The price of the shed was fair also. Thank you Shed Shop.

We picked out a very nice shed that was just what we needed. We waited the 8-12 weeks it took to have it delivered (due to covid). After 16 weeks and no word from the Shed Shop, we cancelled the order. We're curious about the length of time to get our deposit back.

Exceptional product and service. After inspection of our new shed we saw that it was well installed to withstand winds of 180mph, the color, custom requirements were exactly as requested, personnel was very courteous and friendly, delivered on time, and it was the only shed in the area with galvanized, sturdy steel. All in all, we couldn't be happier.

The initial purchase was ok. JC told me to call if I ever wanted to move it. I called 5 months later, told him I wanted to move it the following week. No problem, quoted me $200. I agreed. The day they were supposed to move it, never showed. When I got ahold of them, they had all kinds of excuses. Finally, at 7:30pm, the guy that was moving it said he would be over the next afternoon. Then he wanted to know if I knew price. I told him the quoted $200. He called back 5 minutes later - said it was 200 to move the shed & 100 to tie it down. I told him that was not what I was quoted - he told me to call JC - of course, JC now doesn't answer!
