My AC unit was old and leaking water and I had lots of quotes, but Phoenix air conditioning sent Jordan and he was was very professional, gave me different opinions and had fair pricing. My install was today and the installers did a great job. They were on time friendly and I even got a call and text message when they were on their way. I am glad I choose this company and I will continue using them

Awful service. Our technician showed up later than expected and completed a ver quick assessment of our unit. He said there’s something wrong with the unit but I cannot tell you what it is. So that was great, we’re paying for him to figure out exactly that. Then he sat in his car for 20 minutes, for what felt like a longer time than the actual assessment. He came back in, recommended that we change the entire unit for $7,000. His three options had a $100 difference. Then he left. Hours later when we were walking our dog, we noticed he had left the entire system outside open, with the aluminum casing on the ground, the screws on the side, the switch box open… We called and they wanted to send someone the next day. No refund of the yearly membership we just bought, no discussion with a manager, nothing. They promised the manager would call, still nothing. We even sent them the pictures via email. and followed up via email. If we hadn’t walked by the side of the house, the whole system would have been exposed to the elements and who knows what could have happened (rain and humidity could have rusted it, it could have broken down, animals could have damaged it, or worse). Overall, I would not recommend their service. Stay away!!!

10/03/2022 They are still working with me and being courteous. I believe it’s a faulty equipment issue and not an installation issue.

4/22/2022 Lennox unit installed Poorly.
- Not Grounded Properly .
- Massive Air Comprises in and around Curb Adapter Seal.

I paid 8200$ to cool the outside since all the air is leaking outside. 1500 square feet 3 ton unit with my electric bill 390$ a month. Higher than my old unit. I also paid for duct cleaning but they never cleaned anything and broke my AC vents. When they come out they try to sell me vent cleaning after they supposedly did it. I got royally screwed by the ac unit I picked.

I paid for a 25k residential air conditioner and prepaid service for 2 years. I called service and scheduled an appointment for service. When I told them my service was prepaid, they scheduled me out 2 weeks. I put in for a day off so that they could service my AC. On the day of the scheduled service it was a no show. I called 5 times starting 1st thing in the morning and a rollover answering service took my information and told me someone would call back. No one called back. 4 more times and no one called me back. The answering service told me they must be busy. Since then it’s always the answering service. Don’t use this company they are not reliable and can’t even afford to hire an employee to answer the phone.
I will report this to the better business bureau due to the fact that they owe me service and are not reliable. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISk
They were bought out by Snyder and are no longer a good company

Absolutely the worst company - Elderly be aware of being scammed!!! My Mother paid for a service contract with them. She has to call them to schedule the maintenance she is supposed to get as they never contact her. Every time they do come out they convince her she needs a new line, a pump, a UV light etc. They have scammed her out of a lot of money as she is elderly and didn't know any better. Then when the A/C actually had a problem she called 4 times over a week and was told someone would come out and they never did until sent one and they wanted to charge $250 because of it. I spoke to Antonio who promised it would only be a $69 charge since it was not her fault after over a week that they finally came on a Sunday. When the tech arrived he said the line was clogged and refused to service the A/C to fix it unless my Mother paid $400. I have called and left messages 4 times for management to call me back and no one has. Total scam on the elderly and non existent customer service. Beyond disgusted

We have been customers of Phoenix AC for about 5 years and are delighted with their service of our Lake Worth Florida home! Just today, Service Advisor, Jordan Henry, worked carefully on our AC unit. He repaired what needed to be repaired and gave us some long range suggestions for potential issues which he will monitor in 6 month time. On a personal level, when I did not understand an explanation, he pleasantly explained again until I understood. In the past, we were well treated by other Technicians such as Trey and Iris. Their office is also quite helpful in setting up appointments. One more point, Jordan worked for over 2 hours carefully examining our system which needed only routine maintenance!

Had a bad leak in my ac unit called my existing contracted ac company…with a big no show…so I called phoenix ac and they came the night I called….and took care of my issues rapidly. My tech was Jordan Henry who was very knowledgeable, kind, and showed me the problem my ac unit was causing. Jordan was great, the company responded very promptly and I signed the yearly contract with them. This company is highly recommended by me and now I can relax knowing that if I need them in the future, Jordan and Phoenix AC will show up. Jordan…you rock!,,,

I have used Phoenix in the past and have always been very satisfied. When our air conditioning stopped cooling properly I called Phoenix to see how quickly they could come out. They had a technician come out the next morning which was great! Jordan was very professional, didn't rush, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a thorough explanation of what had happened, and what needed to be done. I was very impressed. Great professional service at a reasonable price. I will continue using Phoenix in the future and will request Jordan for the service technician.
