They are a super busy shop so don’t waste their time. Provide them a drawing with measurements of what you need and they will quote. In my case they delivered on time and on price. A+ .. My recycled Ipe hive with its prefinished aluminum top will now outlast me. Could not be happier.

The front office people are super rude, they don't want your business nor are they trying to help in any way. Basically the guy in the front Office told me the conversation was over after I asked a follow up question on a small roof project. I guess they are so busy they don't even want to talk.

I just called them to request a quote for a project. I don't know the company however on the phone call the guy that i spoke with was so rude i will never call them again. Maybe you guys are great to work with byt the first customer service interaction is rude. i am actually shocked.

I don't know who the person was that came out but he was completely rude and I guess didn't want my business. Kept telling me how busy they were he kept telling me I couldn't stand here or stand there and I told him it's communication was not very good and he asked me if I had any more tips that's when I called him out on his rudenes don't need business don't need business

This place is awesome!! Great fast service — the guy at the office was polite and fast. Prices are reasonable ave service is precise. We had copper sheets made and window aluminum bend at 90 degrees. Spotless service and products
