Company absolutely doesn't care about anyone that isn't a higher up. They'll allow harrasment and discrimination from them against you, but you become a problem as soon as you defend yourself.

Buyers, check your truck thoroughly, especially the paint because quality is the last thing cared about at this company.

If you end up under Julio or Mario, just leave now because they're both losers that have no idea how to be in charge. They aren't even liked by other supervisors or leads. Should tell you something.
