Real stone was great to work with and we now have beautiful countertops! We were very flexible with colour and they recommended a slab that was on sale which worked perfectly for us. The installers were very nice and did a great job and even removed and disposed the old counters. Highly recommend this company for your countertop needs

I recently had a very disappointing experience with you guys. From the start, the customer service was subpar. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, providing minimal assistance in selecting the right stone for my project specifically Bridgette, she had a terrible attitude and was a very nasty individual towards me and my husband. She was extremely rude and unprofessional overall. The process and purchase was even worse. The granite was not cut to the correct dimensions, and there were visible scratches and chips on the surface.When I tried to address these issues with the management, they were dismissive and uncooperative. They refused to take responsibility for the mistakes and offered no solutions or compensation and again we were met with a nasty attitude. This experience was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality granite or reliable service. And the staff is incredibly rude and nasty. Please double check who you hire because the service was incredibly disgusting.

Amazing! Bridgette went above and beyond to correct the error of our builder's previous contractor. Our brand-new construction kitchen granite was a total rip out and replaced with absolute perfection with new stone by Real Stone. Patient and precise. They will settle for nothing less than perfection. Install crew was courteous, respectful, professional and cleaned up after the install.
