Omg what can I say about this wonderful small business?! It has been a pleasure to work with Michael on deciding what kind of blinds to choose from their large selection. He is so knowledgeable about decorative ideas and guided us in the right direction. The installers were professional and picked up all the wrapping and boxes after they were done and put the furniture back exactly as I had it. We called Budget Blinds to replace all of our old vertical blinds with white faux wood Venetian throughout the inside and the sunroom with draw down blinds. To say we are pleased with the products and installation would be a gross understatement. They removed 16 old sets of blinds and installed our new ones all in about 1 hour with not a trace left behind. After more than 30 yrs as a Quality Assurance professional they met and exceeded my expectations.

I love the new upgraded, elegant look of my windows! I recently purchased the Signature Series Unison Shade double cell blinds. The top down/ bottom up feature of the blinds I chose allows me to see out and yet, partially or completely, have the degree of privacy/blackout I desire. I am still amazed at the clarity I have seeing outside in the top down position. I changed my mind several times because there were so many options - style, material, color, insulation quality and degree of light filtering. I appreciated that my thoughts and concerns were considered and alternate options were discussed. Because of the array of window treatments offered, the ability to see each window treatment sample held up to my windows was extremely helpful in making my final decision. The installer was professional, cleaned up after the job was complete and even offered to help me move the furniture back in place. From beginning to end I received outstanding customer service!
